They assumed the problem was minor, but I was telling them that it was more complicating than that. I emailed them regarding this, and they told me to call them so they can have a representative walk through it. I called them twice again, and no one picked up, nor called back. I couldn't book my tickets online nor via phone because no one would pick up.

First job I got when I got back from college, they were the best of the best with drivers and employees. But in recent years, the company went down. Owners became less caring towards their drivers. Made them work overtime without receiving the pay. Wouldn't allow "certain" drivers touching vehicles. The one owner has health issues and problems seeing. It's unsafe, unhealthy, unprofessional. They even got into an accident. The owners don't care about the 60-80 hour work week the drivers put in. Yelled at them if they go even 2MPH over speed limit. The owners took away drivers PTO hours if they got fired or left. They would not hire you back unless you were playing in their political system. They will also spy on you inside the bus or in the office. They hired back a Driver who made up stories, made up excuses, called off right before shifts, pretended to be sick. They have a high turnover rate due to one of the owners who "trains" them. The old employees have mentioned to the one owner that their spouse is the issue and needs to be replaced or fired. That owner will not do so as it's their spouse and blames the performances or training on other employees. The one owner of the company also goes out to the employees cars and takes photos inside of them while you're working and will talk bad about you if your car is a mess. They will say, "if your car is a mess, so will your performance." The owner will then say you are doing a terrible job and the HR will not say or do anything about it and will side with the owners to save their skin. That's how much of this company cares about employees and their customers. They have left customers at the airport numerous times and lie saying they called when they haven't. They would also not refund them and tell the customers to rate them 5 stars. The owners would also yell at their employees (CSR) if they missed a person even though they are handling phone calls and answering emails while the drivers or Owners would be in office watching TV or playing on their phones. If you are a customer or employee trying to go to Reindeer Shuttle, don't. The family who runs this business does not nor will not care about your safety or your employment. You are not in good hands, you are not going to be safe with certain drivers. You will not feel like you're going home or to the airport. They will take your money or your time. Even if you show them proof of your delay, they will still not refund you, they will ask if you want another shuttle time and if you say no they will not give you money back, they will give you gift certificate and end your ticket that day.

I will say that this hotel is hit or miss. I've stayed here several times, for two or three nights…read moreeach time. On this visit my room was fine, but some other areas were lacking. There was no hand sanitizer in the breakfast area, both sanitizer dispensers were empty. Both types of omelets were scorched and the scrambled eggs weee burned. On the positive side, there was a nice variety of hot sauce varieties to try. The front desk person wasn't especially friendly. No "Good morning " or "How was your stay?" She only said, "Did you need a receipt?" I frequently work in Lafayette and have stayed in quite a few different hotels. This isn't my first choice because it varies so much from one stay to another.

**WARNING** My partner and I checked into the hotel and we…read morestayed in room 125. On day one, we noticed a strong mildew odor in the entire room with it being worst in the bathroom area. We spoke to the front desk, several times throughout our stay to addressed our concern about the mildew odor. The cause of this odor gave myself and my partner a headache, and feeling nausea. It was bad enough that we had to buy a can of air freshener just to be able to sleep. We were assured that it would be taken care of during the regular cleaning of the room on Thursday, however it was not "taken care of" until Friday. I spoke to the front desk again as a reminder and they sent a gentleman over to take a look at the bathroom vent. Please see photo below. Other members of a party who were also staying in the hotel the room beside ours did not have this dreadful odor. Though they did comments, they could smell it even outside of the entryway to the room. After we checked out, we attempted to reach out to management and we met with snarky, dismissive comments that inferred that we are lying about this situation. We unfortunately will not be staying at this hotel again.

Joe, our driver, did a good job getting us back safely in the rain after the storm. It was nice that they allowed us to use the paid receipt from our Southwest flight on Monday that we missed since they didn't hold it for our inbound flight from Boston that was 2 1/2 hours late getting to Baltimore. This was a very nice gesture after spending 14 hours in the Baltimore airport overnight. Thanks!

If I could give no stars I would. Called for a ride almost 1 hour before having to be at work…read more Dispatcher told me 20 mins. Time passed and I reached back out to dispatch because no one showed. The dispatch tells me driver left because he called me and a guy answered and said they didn't order a taxi. Instead of verifying the number and maybe calling me back they cancel my ride. So I ask where the driver is now due to me about to be late for work. Dispatch says 5-8 mins. Not even 5 mins later the driver finally calls the correct number and says he is now in West Lafayette and it's traffic so my tardiness is basically not his problem. All and all terrible experience no one's apologetic for THEIR mistake. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The driver alone had a very nasty attitude.
