He and his assistant were a pleasure to do business with. They listened to what I wanted, did quality work, were detail oriented, and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. They hauled away all cut fronds and seed pods, blew off my roof, driveway, patio and front porch. They worked efficiently and were always personable, respectful and very polite. My Foxtails, Arecas and Roebilinis were all trimmed beautifully. They also did work at my mother's house across the street and did an outstanding job trimming her Live Oak and laying mulch. Took a while to get response. Sent pics of tree I needed trimmed and got tentative price which was fine. Owner said he "might" get to me late Friday. No show, no call, no text. On Sunday a Hispanic employee showed up unannounced and with chainsaw in hand was looking at neighbor's tree intending to trim. I informed him that was NOT the tree I had sent pics of and need MY oak tree trimmed. He spoke to owner on phone and owner said he would have to come back in a couple days ?? I already had bid from another company who was very professional and gave me written quote. I hired other company because they clearly know how to conduct business. This guy may or may not know how to trim trees but clearly lacks business acumen. read more

Called them the morning after the storm, Ramon was very informative and came by within a couple of hours to assess the damage, a large oak had fallen on our home, they called that evening and showed up the next morning and true to there word the removed the tree with no more damage to our home and placed it by the road for FEMA to remove it, they also honored the price at which we discussed as well and it was a fare price! To begin with, Ramon was ON TIME for the estimate to remove a large tree in our backyard, plus stump grinding. He provided his professional opinions and submitted very affordable pricing. Less than a week later, him and his WONDERFUL, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL crew arrived right on schedule,early in the morning. They had the proper equipment, gave great attention to safety and got to work immediately. Great job, Ramon is a kind and very hard working man. Work completed Sept 23, 2018. Ramon personally worked on our job and went above and beyond. We had a large project and cost $1900 and Ramon got it completed in 3 days. He and his team removed several large oak tree limbs that hung over my roof line. They also trimmed back to a very clean straight line our overgrown shrubs along the two sides and back of our property line. Ramon and a single helper were here until 7:30pm on a Saturday night, then came back sometime in the evening on Sunday to remove and clean all the debris from this trimming! No mess left behind.
