The staff isn't as friendly, they seem annoyed when you ask for help and when you do need assistance, *most* of them are no where to be seen. The selection also has gone downhill since they're always out of stock in certain sizes and I wait a couple weeks and still, no new inventory. The value is quite pricey for most things. I don't but certain brands from here since I know I can get the same thing at the outlets. I use to shop here more often but not as much now... it's just so different. On June 6th my husband called them and was advised that within the next week the tent would be shipped. Surprise, surprise, we received nothing indicating it had shipped. So, my husband emailed and called again on June 16th and it was the same song and dance. Another two weeks go by and STILL nothing. My husband called yesterday and we were advised that it would be shipped out today, so my husband asked for proof. The proof they sent was quite hilarious, as it was a picture of two boxes, indicating no names or order identification, not even a shipping label. Well, I'm sure to no surprise, we have received no shipping information today and we're done with the back and forth. We are at 11 weeks of being lied to and tossed around, with a major lack of communication and customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anyone - I'm baffled they are even in business. I politely explained that I did and that I was simply finishing my conversation. Despite that explanation, she repeatedly questioned me about whether I was going to buy something. She reminded me that the store closed at 9:00 p.m., and I responded that it was only about 8:25 p.m. and that I still had plenty of time to complete my purchase. Even after I explained that I was almost done with my conversation, she continued pressing the issue and suggested that I take my conversation elsewhere. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, pressured, and uncomfortable enough that I decided not to make a purchase at all. I left the store and intend to raise my concerns with corporate because I do not believe customers should be repeatedly questioned after clearly stating that they intend to buy something.
