Then was told not to bring her much because she didn't have much fur (she's old). We took it as an honest comment. However, we took our other dog (a 5 lb. Shih Tzu). When he was picked up we were told to find another groomer because, they said, he had a seizure. Well he's 10 yrs old and he has NEVER had a seizure. If he had one it was because of the groomer's mishandling. No he doesn't like his face trimmed but I could hold his face in my hand and he would let me trim even around his eyes. She was gruff and careless, she knew it was our puppy's first time and still chose to say things like (including, but not limited to) "you are horrible," and "i bet you feel stupid" to her. Our dog cried and screamed and the place is open so you could hear every nasty thing this woman was saying. She then proceeded to follow us outside the establishment to yell at us after I said, "that's enough, you're done." The place is also filthy inside, there is trash everywhere. If you were thinking of bringing your dog here, I would turn tail and run the other way.
