I was also impressed by the operation. They had everything you would need displayed in the seating area. Sauces, utensils, napkins, to go containers, and bags. No need to awkwardly look for anything. Hard to get this far into a review without mentioning the outstanding food. It's some of the best BBQ I've had! We went with the professional platter and added burnt ends. I enjoyed each and every item but the standout to me was the brisket, I've never had a juicier more tender piece of brisket in my life! Ribs were done really well also, the burnt ends had tons of flavor, the sausage was delicious, and the pulled pork and chicken were winners as well.
