We came to Ultimate Foot Store to check out insoles for my husband and myself. The workers there were pretty helpful. We actually went there for me to get new insoles for my shoes. It was just lucky that they were having a sale. It was like 25% off Dr Morris's brand. I asked the salesperson if they could find the exact insole that I had in my shoe. They told me which one would work best for Dr Morris's brand. They checked and there was none in stock. So disappointing. My husband thought it was a good idea to get insoles for himself. He found a pair for himself with Dr Morris's brand. They said my size was very popular and that's why it was out. They said that I could leave my name and phone number and they would call me when it was in. I think they called me once but this store isn't really convenient to where I live or work so I wasn't able to get it. When I had a free moment to get it again, it was out of stock again. I called this time just so I would not waste a trip driving out there. They still didn't have. The other store had the brand name one but Dr Morris's one is cheaper even without the discount. Hopefully they will get more of those size 7 Met insoles in stock for Dr Morris's brand. I have a brand pair of shoes coming soon. read more

She had extensive knowledge on the products available and unavailable, what products would be best for which kind of customer, and why she would personally recommend such a product to such a person. Great selection of Hoka brand shoes at reasonable prices. Ryan was not only patient but an absolute expert. As more potential customers arrived, he maintained connections with all of us (4 including me). How he remembered sizes and style as he kept bringing out Hokas for me to try I'll never know. I got 2 pair, a Bondi 8 and the non-slip style. Plus some fancy elastic locking laces! The store has many brands I'd heard of including Olukai, Keen and Brooks. It's too bad the store in Aina Haina closed. At least Ryan made the trip windward worthwhile. read more

I've bought several pairs of Oofos, a few Ulukais and recently a new pair that I'd not heard 9f before. It was $45 so cheaper than I usually have bought, but still not cheap. After less than a month of wearing, I went to pick up some supplies when I noticed my left foot felt funny. The strap had come loose and looked suspicious because it came off as a clean tear at the too of the strap not at the ends . I couldnt find my receipt. I tried to talk myself out of feeling bad. Finally I decided to go in and tell them my story and see if they have had similar complaints. They looked to see if I was registered...ppl do this because they DO keep records of your puchases. They said it does not break like that and gave me a brand new pair! I didnt expect they would give me another pair so their empathy and service went beyond expectations, so this the 5 stars. read more

My wife was in need of new walking shoes and since she has had foot problems in the past she buys her shoes from the Ultimate Foot Store. The Windward Mall store was empty because just a few stores were open since the pandemic lockdown was just lifted for retail stores. There was a very nice young lady named Kiani who helped my wife select her new shoes. Kiani knew her products very well and brought several shoes for my wife to try one and she had my wife try them on in the order that what she thought would my wife would best fit last. She also described each shoe that she brought out for my wife. We had gone to the Pearlridge store and got nowhere near as much help as we did at the Windward Mall store. Of course, my wife purchased a pair of really good fitting shoes. read more

My friend turned me on to the OOFOS line and I was happy to find that the Ultimate Foot Store Windward Mall sold them. At the time I noticed they had a Yelp Check In incentive where I was supposed to receive a FREE shoe horn but when I did that the gentlemen told me they didn't have any more and the incentive was expired. That was in December of 2019. I just checked their Yelp site and it still has that Check In incentive. Amazon gets a lot of my business already however, I want to shop locally as much as I can. Customer service is a huge deciding factor as well. I do want to add that Autumn, from the Kaka'ako store was very helpful. read more

My son needed some lite working shoes and I checked around on Yelp and decided to check out the Ultimate Foot Store here in Kaneohe where we live (good rating at this store). He's been wearing regular shoes with inserts but they lack the support he needs with his flat feet and his feet correction surgery he had about 5 years ago. During this Pandemic I didn't expect sales people to be jumping out at me (like how many people expect these days and I don't like that kind of pressure) since the whole Mall looked very slow, yes very deserted. We went into the UFS store and a salesman name Damion was standing there looking at us by the register and my son went up to him to let him know what we we're looking for, after that Damion took charge and explained to us everything we needed to know and did all the measurements and imaging on my sons feet with their very high tech machine they have and then explained to us everything that was happening with my sons feet (as far as pressure and the angle of his feet). All the angles, pressure points the whole works! We told him the shoes were for his work, long hours on his feet but its lite work so we picked out the style from a section of shoes that Damion suggested which was a pair of Brooks and he changed the inserts to some Aertex inserts that my son was measured for from their high tech imaging machine from what it was showing on the screen. My son loved the shoes and inserts and he felt they would do the job. We also picked up some support slippers for when he's not wearing his shoes. Damion explained what we needed to know very clearly and their prices weren't bad at all considering these wasn't simple Walmart shoes. I will give an update in how they work out but until now, we are very happy with the service and shopping experience at the Ultimate Foot Store in Kaneohe Hawaii. They do deserve a 5 star rating! P.S. they do keep all your records in their data bank and they even send you a copy of what the imaging machine showed during your visit to your email so you can look again at all the info it showed during your visit and for UFS and your future reference, great idea!. read more

Lots of foot wear to choose from. I especially like the oofos collection because I have metatarsal on my left foot and it seems like the oofos is the best fit for my foot. As we get older, comfort over what really really looks good matters most to me, although oofos doesnt look all that bad on my foot. Why the 2 stars? I walked in several times to this store and after reading the reviews of this store, I have come across the most "helpful" sales associate "Tony" who delivers great customer service. Well, on two occasions, he did not acknowledge me. And yes, I was looking at my oofos. So, with this being said, I can take my business elsewhere because I don't like being treated like an invisible customer. read more

My update on a pair of shoes my son bought back in January 15 2022. Well his shoes held up pretty good for the past 10 months. He wears them 5 to 6 days a week all day. I took notice that the arch supports were worn down completely and his shoes are wearing to the inside of the heel, very quickly so he will need new shoes. I don't blame the shoes becasue it looks like he drags his feet like how he worn out other shoes the same way. I'm pleased how his shoes held up so we plan to go to the same store and have his feet remeasured and see if we can improve on the longevity of his shoes. I think he might have to replace his inserts more frequently or use different types. Not sure what the solution will be but we need to ask and see what we can work out that would be best for him. He needs to try not to drag his heels when he walks, that alone would help a lot. If I wasn't satisfied with the Ultimate Foot Store employees or their products, I wouldn't be going back for another pair of new shoes and inserts but they helped him so much as he told me when he first got these shoes 10 months ago, my feet felt good all day! His other regular shoes was making his feet sore after standing up for a few hours, so the new shoes helped him alot at work. I'll let the employee know what's happening since we have some data to work with and maybe he just needs to replace his inserts more frequently to keep his feet aligned? I'm hoping we can get his new shoes to wear longer but just to know that he can walk all day without having to deal with sore feet, is great! This store is conveniently in the mall and there are a few cute items but the price is pretty steep, i saw a sandal here for $119, Amazon was $79.99. Personally, I wore crocs all over Israel and had Happy Feet! They ae easy to clean (just wear them while you shower) and are great with jeans and/or skirts! Really awful customer service. They come to you laughing when you have a question. I came in one day and Damien told me come in the next day because the manager will be in. He pulled up my record and saw my purchase and he said yes go ahead. I came in the next day like he told me and he employee who was working was laughing at me when I told him the reason why I need the manager. The manager couldn't speak up on his own and continue looking at the other employee and then started to ouch at me. I treat people how I get treated. If the owner tells me to treat them with respect well guess what it has to come back as well. It doesn't go one way it goes both way. When I come in a polite manner and the employee starts laughing at you why I'm asking for the manager then of course I'm going to get mad and start treating them the way they treated me. UPDATE *** The owner wants to copy and paste on my post couple of times. Just remember if the employees treat customers wrong of course the customers are going to reciprocate with that. If the employee treats the customer with care like Damien did then of course respect will be their. The manager and the other employee were not in respect mode when they laughed at my face. The store manager contacted me and told me my sandals were defected and that it never happened before. I tried so hard to hold onto them because of how much they cost but eventually threw it away. Made a special order digital toe rings 3 sets ( had to prepay the order ) was told would be in store within 2 day ( it took 5 days) picked them up brought it home when opening package two packages were defective ( they looked torn ready to break soon) brought boxes with my receipt within two days only to be told by sales clerk he said they were not returnable ( all sales final) all I wanted was a replacement toe rings but was told he couldn't do that so I told him you are selling me defective product he was pretty rude saying sorry all sales final.
