Erin provided full-service planning for our wedding and was incredibly professional, responsive and detail-oriented. We were living in New York City and planning to hold the wedding at my family's vineyard in Murphys, so we needed someone on the ground who really knew the area and vendors and could communicate concepts and logistics efficiently over phone and email, as well as make the most out of limited in-person visits. We were so impressed with Erin's ability to perfectly understand our vision, the look and feel we were going for based on just a few phone conversations, two in-person visits and some back-and-forth feedback on Pinterest images. All of that to say, even a just moderate amount of guidance goes very far with Erin. In terms of personality, Erin struck a good balance between being personable/fun/making us feel comfortable and being very focused and getting down to business. She enabled us to enjoy the planning process while also keeping us on track. Erin is also a straight-shooter and will give you a sense of what is do-able and what might need adjusting. In those cases, however, she never seems to say "no", but rather a "what about this approach"...and they are usually really great ideas. On the day of the wedding, Erin and her team were amazing. So patient with guests and moving the schedule along perfectly. Erin runs a tight ship without anyone really noticing--every scheduled piece was totally on-time! During the reception dinner we inevitably would have guests coming up to us, one after the other, to congratulate us and chat, which is expected. As a result, we really weren't eating and needed to move onto the cake cutting or something. Erin, very smoothly, would kindly interrupt and get us back to finish our dinner so that we could move on. I really appreciated that because we as the couple don't really want to cut these conversations short. I would absolutely recommend Erin and her team for events in the area. Mike truly makes your ceremony all about you and will customize it to meet your specific needs. We went through a few rounds of edits to tweak the ceremony content; collaborating with him was a fun process. When you work with Mike, his base fee includes an in-person meeting before the wedding to get to know you better as a couple, answer any questions you may have, etc. It also includes his participation in the rehearsal (and of course, the actual wedding!) - in our case, not only did he participate in the rehearsal but he played a key role in getting folks organized and making suggestions on how/where to stand, the processional, etc. This was a huge help because we ended up arriving about 15 minutes late to the rehearsal, while he was about 20 minutes early, so time was of the essence and he wasn't the least bit put off by the slight delay on our end. This guy really knows his stuff! Mike officiates weddings all over California, so don't let the fact that he's based in Groveland (in the Yosemite-ish area) stop you. He's used to driving quite a distance to officiate weddings - making the trek to Los Gatos seemed like no big thing to him. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and a super nice guy, to boot. I initially expected the reception to be the source of pretty much all of my favorite wedding day memories, but because of Mike, the ceremony was one of my absolute favorite parts of the day. He made it so very special for both of us, and we were truly fortunate to work with an officiant as wonderful as Mike.

One of my best friends needed assistance in planning a Celebration of Life. The event was being…read moreheld at The Opera Hall in Sonora and the Three B's had experience doing events there. While this was their first Celebration of Life service, they did a fabulous job of reassuring us that everything was in order. When you are suffering from a loss, that type of assistance is a true gift. They transformed a plain looking hall into a beautiful setting. We assisted them with the set up and they were appreciative. They were helpful in helping us find the caterer and bartender set up. It was worth it to not have to worry about the event set up and take down. We were able to focus on the service itself and the place looked so perfect. Thank you ladies for making it special. Funny story on how I decided on Neriah to shoot my wedding but it all worked out in the end. I had…read moreoriginally planned on her doing my makeup for my big day but when I went in for the trail run I fell in love with all the photos she had hanging on her wall. I asked if she was a photographer and she gave me her rack card. SOLD, the next day I booked her! Not only is she tremendously talented, she is the sweetest soul you will ever meet. From start to finish, we were so pleased with her services. During the wedding Neriah and her assistant walked around with a big smile on their faces. When I received my pictures, I was just floored. I knew that they were going to be good because I already saw her pictures on her website, but our wedding pics just blew everything out of the water. She captured every detail so beautifully. She also did something a little different, she had drone capture our entire wedding attendees and the aerial view of the property. I can't want to see the footage! I'm so grateful I hired Neriah! She is a genuinely kind, wonderful, TALENTED person. If I could hire her to take pictures for every single major (or even minor) life event, I would. Words truly cannot express how much my husband and I loved having Neriah as our wedding photographer. If you can snag her for your wedding, DO SO ASAP!! A professional would have offered something - a half hour photo shoot or something to try to get some photos for us. Anything. Just a lot of meaningless words of how "sorry she was and this would never happen again". Turns out, I heard from a friend, that this was NOT THE FIRST time she'd lost someone's precious photos. Oh well, she can't the memories from me.

I don't usually hear people commenting on the florals at weddings, but multiple of my guests mentioned how beautiful and striking they were! The planning process was very organized and Sound Extreme's online planning tool was so helpful in choosing all of the special songs (first dance, processional, etc). We had two skype/facetime meetings with Ryan before the wedding to go over details (event order, special songs, what to expect, etc) and we had no doubts that everything would go smoothly. I didn't worry about it at all on the day of the wedding, and knew I could trust Ryan and his team (including Sarah, the mirror photobooth attendant) to be there, on time, and do their job. Ryan was very attentive both after the ceremony (he even brought us water afterwards) and during the reception. He totally kept the party going and several people complimented us on having such a fun wedding. Ryan surprised us with fun lights and glowsticks during the dancing portion of the reception, and we had the most amazing time. Ryan is a professional, and we put the music in his very capable hands. We included songs on our must play, play if possible, and do not play lists, and asked that he use his professional judgment in selecting what to play. We're so happy we did this, and if we ever need a DJ in the future we know who we're going to call!!! I would highly recommend that you hire Ryan for your wedding or special event!

You…read moreaddressed the photo booth operator's attitude in a defensive manner, but incessantly fail to accept that THIS particular photo booth did not function properly. I never said anything about ALL your booths. The screen was black. Look into it, and stop blaming me for concocting lies. Getting one more turn in the photo booth after two sessions is not that serious. Also, I blurred the images to protect the identities of those in the photos. The album is "private". It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments. Not cool Ryan, to publicize photos of customers who opted for a "PRIVATE" album. It definitely proves your original claim was untruthful though. Mission complete!
