So tip if you are like us and this matters you may want to ask if they are finished "renovating". Next thing, upon checking in and also checking out at the facility the associate checking us in didn't mind reminding us to get our parking validated/comped so we literally had to walk all the way back to do so. After our massage when we asked if we could go out to lounge at the pool for a bit she didn't even bother making sure we would be able to get in the "adult" pool which seemed so odd to me so we had to scourer around to find someone to help us. At the pool, I ended up ordering the fruit jack tacos which I was not a fan of at all just ended up tossing 25 dollars. To me, the hot tubs weren't even very hot, this was a big bummer. Worst of it was when were trying to enjoy our time chit chatting at a room tone voice inside the spa and one of the cleaning ladies told us we needed to lower our voices because there were guest getting massages. I was bit taken aback esp because we weren't even loud really felt more like she was just annoyed by us being there. Anyway, I would never come here again. I give it two stars for the fact that the valet guy came to bring me my cell phone when I was checking that was such a sweet gesture (kudos to the valet guys for going out there way) and the other reason my massage while on the very low pressure end she was still at least pleasant.....

I had never experienced anything like Studio 79 so was so excited to try it out! I had heard of the many health benefits of saunas, infrared, and pressotherapy so I was thrilled to know that there was finally a place in the Orlando/ Celebration area that offered those services. Studio 79 is located near the heart of Celebration. There is plenty of parking right behind/across from the building where Studio 79 is located. On my visit, there was signage outside the building so I knew I was in the correct spot. A code was needed to get inside the building which I actually liked. I feel that it provided extra security so I felt safe and relaxed while enjoying my services. Once I entered the building, I found the studio on the first floor on the right down the hall. I was immediately greeted by the wonderful team! The staff was truly wonderful! So friendly, welcoming, warm, patient, took time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable. We got started right away. First started with Inbody, which is way more than just a scale. This is a full body analysis which measures body fat percentage, muscle mass, water distribution, protein, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, body mass index, and even lets you know how much weight you can gain or in my case lose, lol. Full body Pressotherapy was next. I suited up and was connected to a machine that used air pressure to massage and compress the arms, legs, and abdomen. It increases circulation and lymphatic drainage. I have varicose veins so it was definitely soothing to the legs. My calves and ankles were less swollen than usual. My legs felt amazing even days later. Next, I was given freshly made green tea and snacks. The chocolate was delicious! I relaxed in the lounge area. After snacks, it was time for the Infrared Sauna Pod with mini facial which was the perfect combination. This was such a unique experience! You get the benefits of a sauna and infrared light in a private space without having to be in a sauna with other people. You can control the temperature, see how many calories you burn, add aromatherapy to the experience and so much more. The mini facial was so refreshing and relaxing. I really loved the cooling globes/ice globes. Last but not least was the Solajet which was a massage bed. It was almost like lying on a waterbed but this bed combines water, pressure, heat, and vibration to provide a deep tissue massage. So relaxing, the massage as well as the sound of waves almost put me to sleep. Studio 79 was gracious enough to let my mom try the Solajet as well. She loved it! Thank you Studio 79 for such an amazing first experience! Everything was superb! So many firsts for me that truly was amazing!
