It isn't often that I have the pleasure to give such a raving review of a business, but The Uniform Shoppe in Edmond, Oklahoma earned it today. Erica gave "knock your socks off" level of service! She definitely knows her product lines and is the one you want to assist with your selections, especially if you have special needs for just the right fit. I absolutely love coming here to shop for my uniforms for work. I went to a few other places and no one helped me like they do here. They are very professional and go out of their way to try to find exactly what you need in the style and the color that you need. I recently got accepted into nursing school and I need a very specific style and color and brand and the lady that helped me went above and beyond to find my size and the color I needed and even gave me advice on what looks best on my body. They did not have my size in the color that I need so they special ordered it for me. Because I'm a student I got a student discount. This place is amazing don't go anywhere else read more

Great customer service. They can order something for you if they do not have it. The ladies will help you find your size and color of your choosing. Prices are extremely competitive compared to online stores. A much better option than buying online as you can try your scrubs on and see whether they fit or not. The store is obviously a little dated, and you can tell they have been around for time. No pressure from the ladies to buy anything. You can browse and try as many things as you would like and ask for prices. Larger selection for ladies than for men. read more

Rude, unhelpful and I will not be returning to do business with the manager at the May Ave location. I bought a birthday gift for a friend and it was a size too small. I had the gift receipt, the receipt and the tag that had literally fallen off the shirt. This was maybe 2 days after purchasing. They said "NO RETURN, NO STORE CREDIT-STUCK WITH IT THAT IS OUR POLICY" I have never had a problem with one sales person nor store in my life. They can forget all my business and now my friends will be taking their business elsewhere as well. This is NOT how you treat kind people simply trying to make another's celebration delightful! read more

I'm a travel nurse and frequently need several pair of scrubs on a moments notice. This is my go to place! They are ALWAYS welcoming. They offer to help but are happy to let you browse uninterrupted. I always opt in for the help. "I need 5 pair black scrubs. I don't like joggers, I like front pockets, wide leg." No Problem! While they pick out all your options you can brows all their other goodies like compression socks, skull caps, badge reels, trauma shears, etc. My last shop I was in and out in 35 min with 5 pair of scrubs. You can't beat that! Oh and I forgot to mention, they have a rewards program! I'm not sure I'll ever shop anywhere else, this place is just to good to me. read more

I work like a dog every day and -- even though I'm not in medicine -- scrubs are personal favorites in the warm months. (And in Oklahoma, that's at least seven months out of the year. ) :) Because I'm a professional estate liquidator, I work in some pretty horrific conditions and sweat like a pack mule. (And yes, I handle everything from 18K bracelets to, well, moving boxes surrounded by rat turds in sweltering attics and moldy basements. Welcome to my world, kiddo.) Brenda and Shari went above and well beyond to help us out. The Uniform Shoppe has a great selection of brands, colors and styles. They also have a fun selection of badge reels/holders, cloth mask and socks. The store is very clean, organized and well lit with multiple fitting rooms. Excellent COVID precautions too. Mask are mandatory and there is a hand sanitizer station at the front door. We will definitely return for future purchases. read more

I had a hard time finding petite scrubs and the sales clerk at this location went through their entire line and found me all the petite scrubs in my size to try on. It was very helpful to try different brands. She also had the manager bring a scrub top from Tulsa, so that I had it in time to start my new job. Suburb customer service! These ladies are the best!! My school referred me here for scrubs and I'm so happy they did! They helped me find everything I needed and were so kind in the process and they made me laugh too! Great place to buy scrubs!!! The staff are extremely helpful in helping you find what you need. I went in recently needing new scrubs for work and there were a few styles that I liked but my size was not in stock and they offered to order them free of charge! The staff also found scrub sets on clearance that fit my needs! Definitely a great place to shop!!! read more
