Incompetent staff! Ordered my scrubs (4 sets) back on May 4th...was given my scrub bottoms since they had them in stock, but they had to order in the tops from another store. Said it would take about 2 weeks, to get the tops in AND get the monogramming complete. Called 2 weeks later to check on the progress and found out that someone had dropped the ball and didn't get my tops ordered correctly...with no apology, just an excuse as to who or who wasn't at fault. Finally got a call today (6 weeks later) and they had them in...HOWEVER, the monogramming wasn't done correctly!! Not at all happy with their service or their excuses! The lady helping me today didn't even apologize for this mixup! Spending $500 doesn't get you much respect or help with this company...probably will never use them again if I'm not compensated in some way! read more

I found exactly what I needed via the scrubs while I was there but the store clerk had his hand sticking in the front of his pants while he was helping me. I found it inappropriate. Both of the clerks were chatting away and not showing and customer service at all but I don't mind silence. I do however mind the hand down the pants. And then continued to fold my scrubs after having his hand in his pants. Absolutely inappropriate behavior for work. read more

Their Scrubs Beyond brand scrub pants become terribly baggy after one hour of wear. Baggy in the seat with the crotch hanging halfway to my knees (size MP). The tops are wide in the shoulders and also stretch out. They do not stand behind their product. If you wear it or wash it, you're out of luck. It is kind of hard to know how things wear without...wearing them. In my case, I am out $160. The clerk at the store basically said, tough luck. They were also out of many sizes in other brand scrubs (this should have been my sign). I'll stick to buying my scrubs online. Too bad we don't have a decent local place to buy scrubs. They will not get any more of my $$$. read more

I got the most beautiful set of scrubs yesterday from Scrubs and Beyond. Brandon was SO helpful. I had my eye on a pair of scrubs that were in the window but Brandon steered me towards the Cherokee Infinity brand. They're so soft, anti-microbial, anti-fade, and the metal and zippers on them are non-ferrous, which makes them safe for the radiology department! He was wearing a pair and said he'd had them for 2 years! They looked brand new! He also showed me some compression socks that really help with comfortability. He was THE most knowledgeable and helpful employee I've met in a clothing store. He guessed my size perfectly, showed me the softest scrubs, and he wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive. He tailored everything to my needs and what I was looking for. The ladies at the cashier were also wonderful and I got a discount for working at OU Health! Knowing nothing about scrubs myself, and with this being my first job in healthcare, I needed all the help I could get. In the end, they helped me find two pairs of pants that were both affordable and comfortable! They also provided me with instructions on how to wash my scrubs in a way that will preserve color and quality. I work for Mercy hospital and I ordered a scrub top and I did not have time to pick up my top. I finally had a free time and was able to run by and pick up my top. When I asked for my shirt they went to the back and were unable to locate my shirt. They asked me to describe my top and I did they went to the rack and brought it to me. They were trying to sell the top i purchased but did not have time to pick up. REALLY, REALLY!!!!! I was kinda appalled, to Think it was ok to sell a shirt someone had already paid for. That is like regifting a present but only making a profit off someone. I will also contact corporate office. read more

I hate clothes shopping. Even just for scrubs. Every brand of scrubs fits completely different, and I've been used to Cherokee for a while. So, like a smert consumer, I made sure to try on the scrubs before purchasing them. Urbane has a great line of scrub apparel, and I'd describe their sizing leaning more toward women than with unisex. Example: in unisex (Cherokee), I wear an XL scrub top. While in women's, my top size ix 2X, which is what it is with Urbane's scrubs. ~The more you know~ Since I work at Mercy, my selection is limited to the "M-Wear" line, so as far as the other scrubs in the store, no idea! They also sell assorted other items, like stethoscopes/ID tags, lanyard accessories, pens, cups, etc. I didn't have a stethoscope of my own, but they carry the $55 Littman's light stethoscope, so I grabbed that for now. The young lady who was working the front of the store was super nice and helpful. Being 5'2", I couldn't reach the style of M-Wear scrub tops that I wanted. I asked her if I could use a step-stool to reach them, which made no sense in hindsight. Like she said to me when I asked, it'd be liable and unsafe to let a customer use a step-stool, haha. Instead, she gladly got one herself and got up on it to look through the sizes for me. She had to do this a couple of times, but she maintained a perky attitude and was excellent at customer service. At the end of my visit, she was very informative about payment and discounts since I work for Mercy and she knew that I'm new there (so I wasn't 100% on all the "perks" or the options). I've had bad experiences at scrub shops in the past, so I'm really glad to have this place to go to! read more

For the men's scrubs there were about two racks. I needed a specific color for work and they only had one of each size excluding the one I need. There are plenty of navy scrubs though. Only men's shoes seemed to be a few pairs of rubber clogs. read more
