This is for the Eastlake location....gone several times for dinner and to see if service improves, but no dice!! Service is the worst I've ever experienced ....waitress' just stand around cackling and pass you up like if you have the plague. Went on a Sunday for a nice dinner ner , but they had a dj...loud music..couldn't have a conversation. .yelled at waitress to communicate.and the waitress said it was for a fight..but the fight was the night before..don't get it!! Left that place for wing daddy's instead. Manager's need to decide on better service and figure out when and how loud music a dj plays, when hiring these people. Worst service ever!! read more

I've been coming to this place for now 6 years, everything has always been perfect from the food to drink and service. recently, they decided to take out country music in the jukebox. prior to, you could walk in and almost always there was country played by the people inside along other genres. Asked for a new burger. They cooked a new patty without onion and returned my original burger w the new patty on top. Dirty napkin and utensil i left on the plate. Stumbled upon this location when we were attempting to enter another restaurant! But I was very happy we did stumble into here! It's a great bar! We came around 2 PM and the location was dead (understandable). But the place is very nice, very clean with very friendly staff. Several large televisions to watch sports/ games with also Pinball and dart games. Beer drinks were very inexpensive with great happy hour specials for appetizers and alcoholic beverages. Our waitress/bartender was great, she was very friendly and i give her props for attending us so well and also tending to other customers who were sitting at the bar. In regards to their food: I had their specialty burger which was delicious, spicy and sweet! I upgraded my side to tater tots and the tater tots were crispy and delicious! My husband had the white pepperoni pizza, thin crust and very yummy! Not too much cheese or sauce: just great! The prices also were not bad for the burger and pizza. My husband devoured the pizza by himself! Overall, great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and great food! Highly recommend! Will definitely return! read more

We just ate at the location in Horizon city. From the exterior it looks like a fairly decent place however the uniforms of the servers in the extremely loud music really make this place a low class establishment. It's kind of like Hooters poor white trash cousin. It could be more classy a little more upscale and still be very entertaining but it's just kind of ruined with cheap stupid theatrics and loud music. We had the Philly cheesesteak and it wasn't bad. This is really a place to go for single guys not families or people with slightly refined taste which is a shame because I would've loved a nice place to get beers that didn't look like a Jerry Springer show. read more

Wow ! Yes I said wow! An impressive selection of beer on tap. Largest in El Paso I would say. 100 different beer on tap. Javier the bar manager is very knowledgeable friendly and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The food is amazing! love love love the blue cheese wedge salad with prime rib, The Parmesan garlic wings are out of this world and the macaroni and cheese is the best I've ever had all in all my life! Good selection of beer. Excellent prices for amount of food! Zesty Pesto pizza was good as well as their wings. Our waitress looked a little angry (of course, I'd ve angry too if I had to wear that outfit lol) to be working but she left us alone rather than constantly coming to the table and she didn't mess up our order. Nice size facility. Everyone was nice. It was crazy packed though because I came here during the bones Jones fight. I was still served quickly despite how crowded is was. They have a very nice outside area with picnic tables and lots of TVs. Their beer selection is huge. I like this place a lot. They have lots of TVs inside and a mega projector screen as well. Great sports bar. You can't look in any direction and not see a tv. ( even the patio has several) So many different sports and channels to choose. I had the best time trying some delicious beers. (My favorite was a grapefruit flavored one)It was so light and refreshing. My husband liked the German varieties on tap. We had a blast playing a few games of darts and shuffleboard. Found this place while on Christmas break at my folks. It's relatively new, but we went two days in a row to watch college and pro football. They have a ton of flat screens, shuffleboard, darts, pool tables, and a bunch of video games for the kids. Food menu was actually pretty decent, everything I tasted was good. They also have a ton of beers on tap, most of which were craft beers from Texas and New Mexico. The only problem I had was with the beer menu. They have beers listed as 10oz and 16oz pours. I ordered a beer that the waitress suggested at $6.50 that showed a 16oz pour, but came in a 10oz tulip. When I asked about it, she said that was a typo in the menu. I asked to see the manager, and he again said this was a misprint and because of the alcohol content (6.1ABV). I let him know that was not my problem, and that clearly they needed an update to the menu, or to let people know that, especially if the wait staff is recommending it. And that 6.1 was not a high enough ABV to be put into 10oz glasses. This was not a double IPA, it was a lager. He argued with me until I told him I just did not want the beer, and would have something else. So instead of just pouring me 6 more oz they brought me something new, and dumped what I ordered down the drain. Besides that the place was fun and the service was decent enough. If it survives until my next trip, I'm sure we will go there again. read more

La Union Draft House is good, but needs descriptions of their beers. I don't care about the IBU if I have no inkling of the overall flavor. My friends and I took a lifetime ordering a beer because we were borderline harassing our server over descriptions of beers they had on tap. This is a great restaurant with a great reputation for service and quality. Their oven bake pizzas are a must. Their drink selections are exceptuonaional and amazing. About 70% of the tables were occupied, but there were several employees standing around talking to each other. We were told to sit anywhere so we did.
