The pillows were so comfy before as down filled naturally is, and now they look and feel cheap and bumpy. The fabric was expensive but the pillows look like they're from the dollar store now. Im sick about this, the owner denied it even after me showing him a photo of the old pillow with a karate chop on it, which is impossible with fiberfill. The workmanship wasn't good either...trust them not.

Only minor hiccups along the way that aren't worth the mention, because they always made it right. Those services I would give 5 stars. They have now changed. I believe with the new ownership it just isn't as good. Cleaning wise or customer service. I expected them early morning. I scheduled the appoint a few weeks out to make sure I got first morning. No show. I call. They have me down for afternoon. I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER MAKE AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS because I have small kids I can't keep off carpet. the cleanings aren't what they used to be and I didn't like the wait so it's time to move on.
