He even let me take my cushions home and try them to make sure they were the correct firmness. When they turned out to be a little too firm I was able to take them back in and he made them a little softer for me. I think I was able to bring them home 2 or 3 times until they were the way that I wanted them... and I hadn't even paid him yet I'd only put a deposit down. He truly cares about his customers!!! Im sick about this, the owner denied it even after me showing him a photo of the old pillow with a karate chop on it, which is impossible with fiberfill. The workmanship wasn't good either...trust them not.

The man didn't seem to have a clue as to how to pretreatment different stains. Nor did he move anything but just swiped around them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!

No show. I call. They have me down for afternoon. I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER MAKE AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS because I have small kids I can't keep off carpet. the cleanings aren't what they used to be and I didn't like the wait so it's time to move on.

I call APPLIANCE RESCUE. The receptionist asked for the model number of the refrigerator, then said they would call me back later. She called back in 20 minutes and said he would come to take a look at the unit within the next 2 hours. He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . He measured my refrigerator, gave me a suggestion when I asked, where to go to buy a new one. I thought he was highly responsive, polite, helpful even if he could not repair the unit.

They did a really nice job installing the product, worked fast and were very clean. Since then we have been able to use the room almost daily. It warms up nicely on sunny days and with a small space heater on those crappy days. The product has already held up nicely to some strong storms and wind. Everything stays nice and dry.
