It then progressed into being called repeatedly to the point of harassment from the owner. I'm sorry but, if you don't have the courtesy to make an effort to protect potential customers during a global pandemic, even if you don't believe there is one (especially when masks are mandatory for businesses to be operating, then you should not be in business. If you cannot even follow that simple rule or, show the type of courtesy that you ARE concerned for your customers...what does that say about the type/quality of your work? HHS came to our home and worked diligently for a few weeks and fixed everything we needed fixed and then did more. He installed a new garage door opener, did all our exterior lights (beautiful), installed our overhead garage storage racks, replaced deck planks, painted a wall, rewired in wall speakers, replaced bad LED can lights, fixed wall imperfections due to bad drywall, and fixed our seal on our front door. Doug at HHS is professional, very price competitive when he doesn't have to be because he's awesome, and knows just about everything about anything.
