Another service "bonus" - you can call on phone and check to see if there is anything to pick up, which prevents needless expenditure of time and gas. Love USPS,but you can't get that kind of help from them! They are never too busy to help. Rates are reasonable and they even offer access after-hours with using a code they provide. Today I learned that UPS employees are apparently trained in cowboy-level furniture wrangling. I brought in a saddle stool that refused to disassemble. It was basically the stubborn mule of office chairs. Mason took one look at it and went to work like he was at the rodeo. Tape, cardboard, strategic folding... it was like watching someone lasso chaos itself. Ten minutes later that stool was somehow inside a box. I still don't fully understand the physics. I got my Amazon refund and the best live entertainment I've had all week. This store is always great, but Mason deserves special recognition for elite-level stool wrangling. Today I dropped off Amazon return to this location. One particular employee in there was very rude. Looked at my QR Code and told me it was the wrong code for their store but didn't bother to scan it and didn't bother to help me figure it out. Just said well I don't know and kept proceeding to work on whatever he was doing before I walked in. left me standing there confused trying to figure out why the QR Code said UPS but yet being told it wasn't. Terrible customer service. I walked out and wasted a half an hour calling Amazon and came to find out it was the correct UPS code. The second time I walked in another guy scanned the code and it was the correct code. If the first rude guy would have scanned the code like he should have instead of just looking at it and telling me it was wrong I would not have wasted half hour of my time. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and having terrible service when I go to return an item. I will never use this location ever again. read more

Came here to make a return, and nothing extraordinary with the experience but the associate was friendly enough and immediately knew I was doing a return upon seeing me struggle to carry a 50+ awkwardly shaped package from Amazon. It was not too busy during the weekday afternoon and everything in the store looked clean and organized. Certainly would not mind having to purchase items here for packaging needs or making future drop offs / pick ups. The plaza is kind of hectic with kids on e bikes and drivers really not caring about pedestrians, so just might need to take your time crossing from the parking lot to the store front. read more

This is the worst, most inept UPS store with unfriendly, self important people in charge. They are listed as an official UPS Access point and have the audacity to charge $10 to pick up a package from them. They received an international package for me and when I went to pick it up after I received a notification that it had been delivered, they said, 'We don't have it. We returned it to the shipper- we TOLD YOU not to send packages here.' EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LISTED AS AN OFFICIAL UPS ACCESS POINT. Their customer service is non existent and the arrogance is beyond. They could have easily called me and let me know but instead they just arbitrarily 'returned to shipper'. With all the other choices for access points, do NOT patronize these arrogant a-holes. read more

I've also been to numerous ups stores around the country as I occasionally travel for my work and need to send medical equipment back to my office or to my next destination. I stopped in to drop of my Zappos box. 3 associates and each dealing with a customer. I was the only person waiting. 5 mins goes by as I watch 1 explain the PO Box application line by line, 10 mins goes by as I stand there, the other 2 associates where above and beyond anything I've ever seen at a UPS Store, they where taping individual items, printing out return labels from customer cell phones, taping those print outs to the packages and focused at the task. 15 mins goes by, the same 3 customers could careless, as the PO Box Applicants couldn't have taken any linger to take the application home or stand to the side to fill out the basic general questions that my 8 year old niece could do. But only in Merica.. 20 mins goes by.. I'm still the only person waiting with a box that I just have to drop and get a receipt. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!!! Finally one of the three associates sees me... I'm not 4'11 and blend in with the wall, I'm 6'8.. wearing my LA Rams football jersey. Sees me and says, are you just dropping off that box? As if we never made eye contact 200 times prior. 3 stars are for what they were doing for the customers.. Giving great Customer Experience which is needed sometimes. But it's The UPS store. If you took the same items to the US Post Office, you would be Turned away because you Suck!! And told go out in the lobby to prepare your packages, as if the grown adults have never shipped anything before. At this point I just wanna drop it off and go. I could have left and gone to another UPS store, but I still needed to run my errands 22 minutes later, while the same 3 customers were nowhere near being done.. The only of the 3 says, if you want and don't need a receipt, can just leave on the counter and it will be sent out. I took his offer and split... Here's my take... Each one of these Associates needs training BAD! Not one said " we'll be with you shortly " not one greeted me as I walked in this tiny space, and not one ( one in particular) told the customer " while you fill out your personal information that I can't help you out with because I don't know your information " had them do that and break away for all of 5 seconds to 1- Greet me 2- Qualify me 3- Help me, 4- Complete my Transaction and 5- Say thank you in any form, then after that 5 second interaction gone back to their customer NEVER HAPPENED.. The 2 remaining stars were deducted because of my First impression, but I'll come back if I need to ship my return Amazon or Zippis packages read more
