This UPS store is located in between the Smart and Final and the Planet Fitness. There was no line when I stopped by around 5:40pm on a weekday. There is plenty of parking in the lot. I was able to quickly drop off my prelabeled UPS package. UPS is also an authorized notary. I needed a form signed with a notary and Mohammad (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) was super helpful and the process was finished in about 10-15 minutes. The total cost for the notarized signature was $15 and this was just a walk-in without an appointment. I'll definitely be back if I need a notary in the future. read more

If you like getting nickel and dimed, this is your place. I had a package delivered there (my first time). However, I didn't expect it to be held hostage. The manager called me saying there is a $25 set up fee plus a $5 fee/package. It seemed like a SPAM call. It wasn't. My hostage negotiation skills are clearly lacking because I ended up paying for the release of my Christmas gift. Perhaps this fee was buried in the fine print somewhere, but I was unaware of it. The manager, defensive at first, lightened up when I complied. Had he said, "Normally we charge for this, but you're a first time customer..." I would understand and likely go back. Now I hope to never return. Parking is good. But there are better ways to lose $30. read more

I never leave reviews unless I feel strongly about something.... I had the worst experience here. I went yesterday as I had received a letter to say I needed to take my ID in to complete my change of address, it wasn't straight forward as I was redirecting mail from 2 different addresses.. the Supervisor David who was 'helping' me was the most rude and unfriendly person I've ever met, he asked me a question with the most rude tone and when I went to answer he wouldn't let me talk and kept talking over me while yelling.... honestly I've never experienced such awful Customer Service in my life and in front of my 6 year old boy who asked me when we left 'why was that man so mean' - I won't be coming back here. read more

Customer service is lacking! My brother and I went to this UPS yesterday to get a bank document notarized. Mohammed, the manager/notary was clearly misogynistic. Despite having possession of and handing over the document, which had my name listed Trustee, and giving my license first while my brother was completing another document, Mohammed listed and had brother sign the document and notary book before me. The worst possible service! I complained to the owner and she was trying to convince me that I didn't give her package that I did. She even checked security cameras and said I didn't walk in with the package. She was rude and ignored me, taking other customers. This is the best place i see especially for packing shiping charges are more or less same in every store but here the packing is done with utmost care. I had a freight shipment of very high value artwork to be sent just 3 hrs. away from Laguna Niguel, the Owner personally packed the item in such a way that it was unbelievable no one does this i have no words to describe how accurately and professionally it was done i can't say anything more so i attached pictures i took after packing wayyyy toooo beautiful even the company from where i purchased didn't pack it this way and also it reached very safely without any damage and very reasonable packing charge I will send all my business to this place in future GOOD LUCK. read more

I had inadvertently dropped off a package using the wrong return shipping label. It turned out to be a shipping label that I had already used and dropped off two days prior to return a pair of shoes with another company. I did not found out about the error until the following week. By then, the first package had already been received by the intended recipient and the tracking number showed delivered. So I wasn't sure about the status of the second package (with the wrong return shipping label and supposed to be returned to a different company), if that was in limbo, en route to the wrong company, or held somewere in a UPS facility, because of the "duplicate" tracking number. So I called up this UPS Store where I dropped off both packages and the manager, Tushar Patel, couldn't have been more gracious. He asked me to come in and that he will help me. Tushar called up UPS Corporate and was patiently on the phone with them for a considerable amount of time, while helping other customers throughout that entire time. He gave UPS his number as the primary contact while they try to trace the second package. In the end, it all worked out (thank goodness) but I will never forget Tushar's kindness and generosity and his stellar customer service. He went above and beyond to help me. With everything going on around the world, it warms my heart that there are still people like Tushar who cares about their customers. If you're looking for great customer service, look no further. I sell personal items on eBay and I had a very large piece of fragile framed art to send all the way across the country. I had many quotes from different vendors, but this store had the best price. It was packaged with extra care and handling and the owner even drove to my house to pick up the oversized item in his personal vehicle to help me out and bring it down to the store. Seriously, it was such a kind act and great customer service. It was packaged up with a handmade wooden crate that he made to ensure its safe arrival which I know took extra time and energy. The added bonus was the buyer sent me a message through eBay letting me know how impressed he was with the packaging. I've always just sent items my own through the post office so I didn't realize what actually goes into sending a big piece like that. I definitely will use this store (in particular) and I just wanted to give a shout out to the awesome customer service. read more

I would not recommend this UPS Store. The sign says "we print" but the women at the counter told me I had to go get my packing slip printed at the other store on greenfield. Apparently their customer computer is not set up at that location. She offered no other help than to leave and was not friendly at all. Bad experience. read more

Great employees who were extremely friendly and helpful but HOLY HELL it's expensive. It cost me twice what it was supposed to to send two first class 11x7 envelopes and a small box. Won't be going back SOLELY because of the cost. EDIT: Well two out of my three packages didn't make it to their destination. Once my padded envelopes were turned over to the 'professionals' they were left unsealed. One envelope (carrying a video game) arrived with an empty case (i.e. stolen disc) and the other never arrived at all. Steer clear!!!! read more

I had a UPS delivery coming to my home nearby and I didn't know if I would be home to accept the package. With the high value of the item and risk of getting the package swiped, I decided to divert my package and send it here since it was close and allowed me the flexibility to pick it up on my timing. I diverted the package using my UPS app and my UPS My Choice account and UPS delivered it smoothly to this location. My mistake was not checking the Yelp reviews on this place. I went to pick up my package and the man was rude and short, acting is if though customers were ruining his day (pretty sure that's why you have a job buddy). I picked up my package and he said there was a "pick up fee" of $5. He made up some bogus excuse saying that the UPS Store charged $5 for the pickup and that there was a way to do it for free but that my package didn't elect that option. He went to the back and picked up some random package and read off a sticker on it that said "Shop Assistant" and said that's how I could get it for free. I also had a return that I needed to ship back to a company and this guy nickle and dimed me for everything he could get. I paid the pick up and packaging stuff and left, $61 poorer. I wanted to argue about the fee and take my return elsewhere but I was sick, it was pouring rain outside, and I really didn't feel like driving around in the rain in traffic. I got home and called UPS regarding the "Shop Assistant". They told me no such thing exists and he lied, and referred me back to the store to request a refund. They lie. They're greedy for money as evidenced by their tendency to nickle and dime for anything they can. And their attitude is horrendous. Never again will I come here. And I suggest you save yourself the irritation and go elsewhere. read more

Though the staff are very friendly and helpful, once you terminate your box lease they dont seem to value you anymore. I was told that after termination, If i received any mail to the box they would hold it for me. I literally came in once a week for a month looking for my vehicle registration. Came here a couple of days ago and an older man at the counter helped me print some documents. At this UPS location, you'll need to email them what you need to print, unlike other locations where you log on to a computer terminal yourself. He was friendly and helpful. It's the girl with the long dark hair at the counter this afternoon that was just not helpful at all, and was borderline rude. I gave her my AT&T internet router for them to box up and send back to AT&T, along with my letter. She took both my box and letter, had me write my email address for her to send me my receipt that she said I should receive in about 10 minutes or so after dropping it off around 4pm. However, it's been 8 hours and I have not received anything. This really worries me as she did not even bother verifying my email, and had just put them on the side as she was doing something else. Did not even see her pack up my box. When I had to do a similar thing years ago at the Laguna Hills location, they packed it right in front of me, then gave me the receipt and reminded me to hold on to it for at least 6 months. This girl at this Laguna Niguel location didn't even make much eye contact. I guess I was disturbing her with whatever she was doing. read more

Do not support this business. This store has the worst customer service. I shipped a birthday gift inside of a card to my Mom in Florida on 5/20 for her 80th birthday. I asked the man working what service should I use for the envelope to arrive by Saturday. He advised USPS Priority delivery. I said great, so you're sure it will arrive saturday bcs it's for my Mother's bday Sunday 5/24. He said yes. Needless to say, the package didn't arrive until the following Tuesday! I paid $24.99 for this "service." I called the store back today to let them know. Spoke to the same man again and he said I never guaranteed Saturday delivery. He said I remember you coming in and I told you it "should" be there by Saturday. I felt super mis-informed. It's not everyday someone turns 80, let alone lives to be 80. Such a disappointment. He offered no apology or refund or credit of any kind. I asked who the owner of this store is and he said "I am," I felt like that made this 1,000 times even worse. It couldn't be blamed on an employee who didn't know what they were doing. He himself is the owner. WOW. Customer service is so critical and especially during these times of Covid-19 when local businesses need the support. I have been a client of this store for 8 years and this is how I was treated.
