I went here last week expecting this to be a better option than the postal office. I was wrong. I walk in and the guy at the counter is helping the person in front of me. He then asks me what I need. I explain, "I have a QR code and need a package to mail my item in." He says, "grab the black bag." I don't see a black bag. Person in front of me turns around points to a floral print bag next to me. I get to counter and tell the guy again, "I have a QR code". He tries getting my information and then asks if the person behind me can cut in front of me, which was both odd and rude. She says, "that's okay". As he is taking my information I tell him a 3rd time that I have a QR code. He gets annoyed and says, "why didn't you tell me that?" I explain that I did. I almost walked out of the place. I won't return. You're better off going to the post office.

Yes, its easy to do it at home, if I remember my passwords for five shipping sites, and the printer has ink, and I have the exact shipping label sticker I have to print out. However, every time I do, I am told by these Gurus "If you just use this box, or trade the box for the envelope, or use Fedex over USPS for this international or USPS over DHL for this particular domestic, with this box, I save far more money than going retail through the DHL/UPS/USPS/FEDEX websites. Bottom line for me, these guys know how to stop from my money being separated from my pocket..they seem know the system, where the best rates are and so they are my, I guess free, broker of choice. Oh and they sell Chocolate too, where I guess all my savings have gone

A Mistake I Will NEVER Make Again…read more This morning after dropping off my kids at school, I hopped online to see if there was any JellyCat Authorized Retailers in the area as both my girls expressed wanting a certain one for Valentines Day. Luckily, there was one close and it was currently open. I walked in to Paper Annex, there was one gentleman at the counter, I saw where the JellyCats were located, they didn't have any Valentines Day ones out so I asked, (Who I believe is the owner Scott) "Do you have any of the Valentines Day JellyCats available?" He replied "Oh, yes we have them, we have had for some time but, we are not putting them out yet though" I thought to myself (seems odd to not put them out to SELL THEM) but whatever. So I asked. "When are you putting them out" In comes from the back and older blonde lady, who I am assuming is his wife Colleen & she says, "we are not putting them out til the 15th" I Replied, "Oh Weird, I thought it was the 13th as I had seen at some others shops that are not in the area posting about them" She replied, super snotty and said, "well, we are not putting them out til the 15th, people come in and buy them all up and re sell them" (she acted as if she thought I was trying to do that, based on the fact maybe, I'm a husky dude with tattoos and doesn't look like a Jelly Cat collector) "I Replied I thought online that they were out now" She told me "Well, we are putting them out on the 15th" I said ok Left this store and will NEVER return. I am not reseller I am a single, widowed dad of two girls that was trying to get a jump on getting their valentines day gifts early. I spoke with Paris and she informed me that they were indeed open and that the notary services were available. Upon arriving at the store we were greeted by Paris is was kind, professional and provided the utmost in service. We needed a few documents notarized as well as some documents mailed through the services that the store provides. The store is quite nice and offers FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS services as well as has a wide variety of supplies, boxes, gifts, cards, wrapping and other items that may peak your interests. Paris was efficient and offered the best in services rendered and at a value unsurpassed. They also offer private mailboxes, scan, copy and print services, package drop-off, shredding, shipping and supplies galore. The notary services are worth bragging about as well and I plan to utilize this location for all future needs. Highly recommended!

I was able to quickly drop off my prelabeled UPS package. UPS is also an authorized notary. I needed a form signed with a notary and Mohammad (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) was super helpful and the process was finished in about 10-15 minutes. The total cost for the notarized signature was $15 and this was just a walk-in without an appointment. I'll definitely be back if I need a notary in the future.
