This is not the normal UPS store I visit, but they were welcoming and the process of picking up my rerouted package was super easy! I recently moved to Laguna Niguel from Mission Viejo and love supporting small businesses, so I was excited to find a nearby spot where I could drop off packages and purchase shipping supplies regularly. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. When I brought in a few packages, the woman working there told me they were too big and that they wouldn't accept them, and that I should go somewhere else in the future. It was really disappointing because I would have happily continued giving them my business if the interaction had been more welcoming. Sadly, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I went into this store with items to be shipped to a major retailer. I explained that they cover packing and shipping of the items When I tried to show the employee the information on my phone, he became aggressive and kept repeating that they don't know anything about the shipper and I would have to cover the cost. I spent a minute trying to communicate to no avail. Cultural norms and customs are no excuse for rude behavior. I went to the UPS store in Alicia and was assisted immediately. I have my wedding registry on Amazon and with that process have been needing to return a lot of items that either don't come with the correct stuff or doesn't meet our needs or expectations and this specific UPS store location has a very easy process to be able to do that saving me time and making their lives easier. They have the self scan and self service location where I can just go in and scan my QR code and drop it off and normally there's not a long line.
