I came in with a "Happy Returns" item. The process was quick, and Sammy was friendly!

Went there to print 6 pages from my thumb drive. The copier asked for a password. When I asked the person working there, she said it sometimes doesn't work and I should use the computer in the corner to print it. I did. Took the 6 black and white papers to pay. They charged me $5.22. They included a $2.70 charge for using their computer for 5 min. First I was told to use it because the copier wasn't working properly and it doesn't take 5 minutes to print. When I questioned the BS charge, I was told sorry but that is what it is. Arggg!!!!! I've made copies there before and that was not at all true. If I could give them a minus star I would. read more

Beware!!!! I was charged additional insurance, which I didn't agree to. Before you sign anything when sending a package, check the amounts they are charging. When I went back to talk to the manager, she told me something about her insurance says, she has to charge $200. I called the UPS store customer service, they have never heard of such a thing. Very efficient and friendly staff. This store stays busy but you never have to wait long. They have a full stock of shipping supplies.

Terrible location and business. Avoid at all costs. I had to return a package to a business using a prepaid shipping label. I was quoted: 14 dollars for a single box (same sized box costs 3 dollars at any other place) 2.50 to print a single label 7 dollars for a roll of tape I was told I could not use their tape and that I would need to buy a roll of theirs (seems unnecessary, since I'm just sending one box), which is marked up about 4x what it is literally anywhere else. If you want to pay 25 dollars to return a box with a prepaid label, this is your place! If you want to pay half of that and not have to deal with rude employees that are helpful, try elsewhere. I hope places like this cease to exist in a few short years. Primary woman that seems to always be at this location is not pleasant or helpful in the slightest. read more

1 star will have to suffice, would give this place zero if optional. Go literally anywhere else. I know one worker isn't a reflection of the whole establishment, but unfortunately when they're the person you're dealing with for interactions it stains the whole place. Lady at the front was rude and disrespectful. Treated me like I was a dumb child who couldn't follow basic instructions even when I would politely state I couldn't understand what she was saying. She had a very thick accent and while I understand the frustration she probably feels consistently being misinterpreted or misheard. She was not extending the same understanding and patience to me. Asked for help with a shipping label, she misheard and directed me towards and email, I was looking at another sign, to make sure all the items in my package where able to be shipped, and she snapped at me twice to look at the email. Additionally, when I could not understand was she was asking about one of the items, instead of explaining it differently, she snapped at me three times and yanked the item from my package and said whatever it was again. Frustrated at this point and embarrassed as she was making a scene in front of the whole store I simply said yes to end the interaction. If you enjoy being made to feel like a fool, or dumb for respectfully asking questions or asking then to repeat a question then this is the perfect store for you. I myself have worked in customer facing jobs, I understand that it can be difficult and people can make things harder. But this was my first time shipping anything off and I would have appreciate the same kindness and patience I was giving her, back to me. read more

This store lies to its customers and engages in fraudulent, unethical, illegal business practices. In September 2020, I was visiting from out of town and needed to ship a large item home quickly. After having a discussion with an employee named Hazel in the store, I selected and paid more than $300 for 2-day shipping because I was told that 2-day shipping had guaranteed delivery, and 3-day shipping did not. Literally, this was our conversation: Me: How much is 2-day shipping? Her: $310. How much would 3-day shipping be? Her: [some price less than $313]. Me: So if I get the 2-day shipping, it's guaranteed, but if I get the 3-day shipping it's not? Her: Right. I paid the $313 with a credit card specifically because she told me it would be guaranteed whereas 3-day shipping would not be. The package did not arrive on time because of a "sorting error" in the Atlanta facility. In other words, employee error--not a weather event any other unavoidable circumstance. So I called the store back the day after the package arrived late in order to claim my refund, and Hazel answered. She appeared to remember me and told me that the store would need to "open a ticket" with the main office in order to refund my money. After a few days with no refund to my credit card, I called back, and Hazel answered the phone again. I explained I was calling to inquire about my claim because my credit card had not yet been refunded and she told me told me that they didn't issue refunds by credit card but rather by check and that I should be getting a check in the mail in "6 to 8 weeks." She then asked me to confirm my mailing address (which they already had from my shipping form), and told me a check would be sent from the main corporate office to that address. When two months had gone by and I still hadn't received a check, I called the store again and for the first time got a DIFFERENT employee (not Hazel) who, when I explained the situation to her, expressed confusion and said that guaranteed delivery had been suspended by UPS company-wide since March 2020 becuase of the pandemic, that there was no such thing as guaranteed delivery, and no way to refund my money. By this point, I attempted to initiate a dispute with my credit card because of Hazel's repeated lies, but the dispute was declined because I had waited more than 30 days to file the dispute--which I had only done because Hazel had knowingly lied to me repeatedly by telling me that a refund was on its way!!! Not only did she lie to me to make a sale, which was bad enough, but then she lied to me TWICE afterwards to prevent me from being able to dispute the charge on my credit card or from filing a claim in small claims court before I left the area. I would file a claim against the store in small claims court except I live out of state and would have to spend more than the $300 in question just traveling to and from court. So instead I'm posting this review on Yelp. This store commits fraud against its customers and lies to them to avoid them from being able to pursue any remedies for the fraud. Of course, I'm still out $313, and all it cost them was one more bad review on Yelp, so they probably figure out they came out ahead. read more

My wife and I went to this UPS Store because we had other business in Alpharetta. The young lady who helped us took her time before she greeted and asked us what we needed help with. She then angrily told us the boxes we were shipping had to be taped first the next time we came there. I don't think we will be using this location again because the service was that bad. read more

What a visit 9/25/19. This location employed a senior citizen employee named Tori (according to the photo of the reciept) who just can't seem to help herself when it comes to being rude and offputting. I've witnessed this woman on different occasions treat a very old woman like a piece of garbage and at Easter 2018 she herself was rude to me. The topping on the cake was yestersays visit. This woman, after telling me how about the item Would cost to ship, proceeded to tell me that the "liberal States" Seem to cost more and proceeded to share her praises for Donald Trump. I cannot for the life of me get why this would come up. She was unprovoked yet she always seems to have a chip on her shoulder. She also called me the "typical male" regarding the contents of the package being shipped (???). I'm personally an a-political individual however this woman would not stop telling me about how some Nancy lady in was the Queen of all liars and kept going on and on. As someone who lives in the US, I completely respect people's opinions and beliefs however I feel that when I am in a institution open to the general public which provides a service, the cashier people should not be doing anything more than their job and need only relay to me UPS info only other than a greeting. This is unacceptable. She crossed the line line big time and I am no longer will support that company or its services. Ive also cancelled my prime membership as UPS is frequently used to ship.
