I came to this location to open a mailbox June 4th 1pm ​​and unfortunately had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. The process began with confusion regarding mailbox pricing, fees, and identification requirements. The employee assisting me, Carlos, appeared unsure about the mailbox agreement, the forms of ID that were acceptable, and the fees that applied. The agreement I was given appeared to contain terms and pricing that did not match what I was being told at the counter. When I requested a copy of the agreement I was signing, I was told I would be charged 40 cents per page for a copy of my own signed agreement. When a copy was eventually made, only the first page was copied. After I requested a complete copy of the agreement, the interaction became increasingly unprofessional. During the discussion, Carlos became argumentative and called me a "rude ass." I felt verbally abused and harassed by the way I was spoken to. No customer should be insulted or spoken to that way for asking questions about a contract they are being asked to sign. After that interaction, I requested a refund because I no longer felt comfortable doing business with the store. I was told I would have to wait for management approval. During that time, another employee, Moesis, informed me that only a manager could approve the refund. The process continued to drag on, and what should have been a simple mailbox setup turned into an ordeal lasting approximately an hour, including time spent speaking with corporate customer service. While attempting to understand why the fees and agreement did not match, I was informed that the mailbox agreement had not been updated. I was told that the store manager, Carol Lee, had not updated the agreement being provided to customers, which may have contributed to the confusion regarding pricing, fees, and terms. I also had to specifically request the return of paperwork containing my personal information. I ultimately left without opening a mailbox and with serious concerns about the professionalism, training, management, and customer service at this location. Between the confusion over fees, the outdated agreement, the lengthy delay, and being called a "rude ass" by an employee, this experience fell far below what I would expect from a business handling customers' personal information and mailbox services. I hope UPS Store management reviews the conduct of the employees involved, the accuracy of the agreements being provided to customers, and the overall customer service practices at this location so that future customers do not have a similar experience. read more

Went on a Thursday and the Customer service was great. They were very friendly and nice. They were able to accept my AAA card and you gave me a discount. They even help me re-wrap one of my boxes that was fragile. Not sure why there is any negative reviews, but I had a good experience at this location on Lincoln next to Vons. Great parking. They are always very professional and helpful every time I have gone there. They know just what to do, and do it well.

I was using the self service return machine and the printer got stuck so it scraped my barcode off for the return. I go to the front desk and explain what happened, I believed it was the owner or someone from higher up that heard and he makes a comment, "Are you sure it's not working, it's pretty self explanatory?" I explain to him that I know how to use the machine, but the printer just got stuck. He continues to go check it and makes sure that I'm not the one who messed it up. I sent a package to Japan that was over $417.00. The person I sent it to told me that they wanted a customs fee to recieve her package.. Why is that? Employees here place you on hold and hang up called 5 times to track my package. No good!!

Do NOT come here for Live Scan fingerprints. I just got a new job that requires a background check and was sent here by my employer. What they don't tell you is that you will be making the prints yourself. There is no attendant who will help you. There is just a live scan machine in the back of the store and you'll have to figure it out yourself. The process is not complicated but it is tedious, especially if your prints will not scan. I sat there for a full hour and was still no closer to being done. The staff was useless to help me and could only offer "yeah...some people take like an hour and half here". That is ridiculous. No one has hours of their day to waste. How about having an actually attendant to help people make the prints like every other Live Scan fingerprinting location? What is this crap? I ultimately had to reschedule my appointment for another (non-UPS Store) location where I was in and out in less than 5 min. So if you want to waste and frustrate your day, definitely go to this location. read more

Your absolute negative charge and negative energy does not align with any company! Perhaps you should take a course on how to talk to customers and explain to them in a demeanor and manner where it's more friendly and understanding! Saturday morning went to this location and pulled the door and realized it was lock and not yet open. There was a guy behind me and as I stepped back he put the key in the door. I said oh you're the opener and smiled. He looked at me not saying a word, opened the door and walked in. I walked in after him which I thought was kind of rude. At the counter her took my return without a smile and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes he handed it to me and said Thank you and turned away. What happened here? Went for a notary and few pages of reg. printout worth $.27/copy!!! It is a black and white copy only. Then an 8.5 x 14 photocopy for $1.50/each!!! Extra charge for what??? I previously gave this place a 5 star review. This has been my address for one of my business. About a year ago it changed ownership. In this time I've had packages go missing (unreliable) the owner is crass and rude in front of customers. They add on charges to you without merit. The owner makes stuff up as he goes and has decided to ship back packages to sender for no reason. If you want a place you can trust and rely on then go anywhere but here. No communication, rude staff w high turnover and combative to say the least. They do not follow the basic protocol & legal way of handling mail or packages. Lastly my personal information, packages and mail has been given to multiple people not related to me. Compromised my security, my safety, my items and my money. The photo I posted is not only really unacceptable but I was aggressively told in person in front of 2 staff and 3 patrons that if I do that again they will ship back my package. I asked the owner how I have control over what another company sends me and he said it doesn't matter. I've paid to have a mailbox here 8 years- and on my birthday this man does this. I usually don't write reviews but in this case, I shipped 4 boxes with 1 that didn't make it to its destination. I never received a claim number and then when I tried calling back the phone just kept hanging up while on hold. Yes, they did show to be open. The 1st time I called prior to today I did reach someone who couldn't help me on this process, but the second time I was told a claim would be opened. I was also told I would be given a call back, and provided my number, about the claim and a week has passed with no call. read more

Super nice employees, big parking lot and they offer free N95 masks to senior citizens. I stopped in here because I thought a package I had rerouted was here, but it was at another UPS store on the same street. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, ease of finding parking and the young lady that happily greeted me and asked how she could help me (young people being kind is a hard thing to come by these days). Also, there's ample advertising stating they sell N95 masks and that they offer free N95 masks to senior citizens. It's great and rare to see a store that offers such a thing to the elderly community. read more

The area where my home is...is prone to package theft when they are left on the front doorstep unattended. I decided that it would be best if we opened a box at the UPS store so that way they could sign for all of the packages that are a result of my online shopping addiction. The employees at this location are all super friendly and helpful. Because I have been going here for years they know who I am by name and are super quick to get my needs taken care of. Becky, Carlos and Roger all come to the top of my mind because I see them the most. They are all fantastic. They are great from a shipping and package handling perspective. They also do many other things like passport photos, notary, printing, etc. I'd highly recommend them if you have any of those needs and/or are looking for a package acceptance service. read more

We live less than a mile from here and every time we've been in, the staff has been incredibly helpful with a smile on their face. Today was no different. Because of the holidays fast approaching, they were busy AF. No matter, I was helped quickly. I had to get a document notarized and was in and out within 10 minutes. When franchise ownership changes, everything changes! I use to come here for ALL my printing services when using card stock or other different kind of paper (not regular 8 1/2 x 11). Now they only do regular paper. So much for printing services??? Also, rude employees! When I asked about card stock paper, an older gentleman gave me attitude and stated "we don't do card stock here it messes up our machines". Once he stated that I had no choice but to do regular paper. Then after he printed the document out, he charged me almost $2!! For an 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I asked why so much and he said "it's $1.50 for the email u sent us". The last time I go to that store. The employee that was there was very rude. I walked in with a bag of stuff that needed to be shipped. He told me to go grab a box myself. I said the box won't fit. He then went and grabbed a box, dumped everything out onto the counter and threw it into the box. When I told him the bag was supposed to go as well.
