This has been my local, go-to post office for some time, and I have always had a pleasant experience here. There is always plenty of parking and it hasn't ever seemed too crowded (however I tend to go before normal workdays are over as it is so close to my house). Also note that I am not normally using the post office customer service as I tend to drop packages off, but when I do, it has always been pleasant and efficient. The only downside to this location is its proximity to the DL resort, thus making it a bit more difficult to get through (you have to make a large square of a drive as you cannot turn left into the post office). I am a local, so I know this, and do not have an issue getting around it. Overall, if you're in the area and need to use USPS, this one does the trick. read more

Honestly so stupid I hate this post office I had my boyfriend go pick up some under the delivered mail and I followed the post office protocol online like it told me and when my boyfriend got to the office, they said just because our address is don't match they were not able to give him a mail when he had the undeliverable paper from the post office and his government ID, which on the email that the post office sent me specified that he needed to present a government ID with the name and the paper that the post office left on my home and he can't get my mail nowhere on that goddamn email or on their website does it say that our address has to match all it says is that the name has to match the government ID he presents. read more

They wrote on my important envelope, which I needed to submit to the state since they dropped off , and no one signed for it. Now I have to redo my order and go through the entire process again just to resubmit my envelope. I suggested that they avoid writing directly on envelopes and instead use a note card, but they insisted that this is how they do things and did not apologize. read more

Multiple time when I come in there's only person working the front, no matter the time of day. Therefore the line can get pretty long or move pretty so when I come later than 10am. Rude person here. Waited over 20 minutes while first in line. Then the lady was super rude and I had to ask for a supervisor. Her first name was "M" and she had purple hair. Disrespectful , In front of her supervisor who did nothing to tell her to stop the behavior. Can't believe it. She was looking for an altercation and I can't believe how rude she was. Even other customer commented they couldn't belive it. My total time in the store was 38 minutes. I was first in line as well and spent 38 mins to send one item. Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. After being called to the window post waiting in line, I was not helped because someone else blurted out a question which resulted in the person helping me to leave the window in order to help her immediately. I think the people waiting in line were a bit confused about this too but I'd love to get in on this VIP expedited service haha. Of course there could definitely be an explanation to this that I am unaware of. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! I like this post office! The 3 times I've gone there have been no lines and parking is easy. the first time I came in there was somewhat of a line but a worker called out to me and said he could take my prepaid package so I didn't need to wait. Great convenience for sure! read more

My family and I have been using this Post Office for about 4 years The supervisor, Juan has always been extremely helpful and given great direction when any issues have occurred GRACE (PO BOX expert etc), DINH and MICHELLE are always pleasant and hard-working USPS deals with a lot of different situations and should be appreciated more I am an RN and the importance of customer safety during COVID has been maintained by these staff members, so I highly recommend this location The ONLY request I have is to be able to access my PO BOX on the weekends Usually when I get off work the lobby is closed and I cannot access my box for days unless I can somehow leave work early Otherwise, all is great!! I've had a PO Box at this Post Office since 2003 and finally closing it. For as large as this location is, it's missing some key elements others have. For 1 - no large package deposit after hours. For 2 - no self service stamp or shipping stations. For 3 - they are now closing their 24 hour lobby which means I have to stop by during opening hours to get my mail. This was the last straw. I work nights and that's when I pick up my mail. They are always super busy during the day, and the traffic is horrible because of Disneyland, it's seems to take 3-4 times as long just to get into the parking lot. I'm sad, but the location of this place is great. So sad after 12 years, I'm closing my PO Box and moving to another location. read more

We've shipped packages at several different post office locations. This one is the only location that actually picks up the phone AND is happy to help. Most other locations don't answer at all, or take a long time answer. Or when they do answer, they are not very nice. However I appreciate this location and the people that work there. We drove up to drop off a handful of packages at the back and the two people we saw were immediately very friendly and told us we can pull right up. Whereas the location we went to just prior, made us take our packages back out and wouldn't take them. About other reviews saying their packages received were damaged, packages travel from one place to another and go through different handlers before it gets to the mail carrier to be delivered. They can say it's within USPS' handling that is the problem, but not specifically the fault of this location that packages arrive damaged. read more

Do yourself a favor and go to further USPS cause this one is terrible. There is a woman who absolutely hates her job and has no compassion. We showed up for our scheduled passport appt with a one month infant and she tells us "oh yeah we're cancelling them all today because the agent's on lunch". I completely understand needed a lunch or an employee calling out but have the decency to email the cancellation if you've been turning everyone away. Getting an infant out of the house, not fussy, and on a scheduled time isn't easy. This is now the second bad experience with this location and that woman. Go to the 17th location because Frank and his team are amazing and beyond helpful. read more

There isn't a single drop box on the inside nor outside where you can mail anything larger than a regular size envelope. Why is that??? The slots are less than an inch in height‍soooo inconvenient for those mailing packages with prepaid postage. read more

After about a week not seeing my package I called to get another one sent. Only then did I get my "lost" package but it came all beat up. It was special canned food for my kittens. The smell was horrible and didn't know why. I got home to see about 6 cans broken and opened....filled with maggots. Can't make this crap up!! The second incident is more recent. On 7/20/20 I got an alert saying my package arrived. I opened my PO Box with a yellow slip and got in line. After heading over and feeling like I've been waiting forever the elderly woman comes back to say my package is nowhere to be found. On top of that, the person that put my package away was gone for the day. This overall sucked and now I fear my package has been stolen. PLEASE, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! Had appointments to get passports for 3 different people. We arrived 7 mins late (which I understand if you can no longer help us with the first appointment since that was OUR fault) but, the worker was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful about it. She didn't want to help us with any of the other appointments we had even though us being late had no effect on those other two appointments. Additionally, I do not appreciate the rude attitude. There is a way for someone to say they can no longer help you without being disrespectful. Worker ended up helping us with ONE appointment making excuses that she needed to go on break so could not do the other appointment (which doesn't make any since since the appointments were scheduled). She then proceeded to go to her coworker RIGHT IN FRONT OF US and talk sh*t about us. How unprofessional and straight up disrespectful. after we left here we had to go to a walk in appointment to get our passports and we learned that we were charged extra without any explanation as to why. I paid 160 on a walk in appointment at buena park city hall, and the lady who helped us charged my boyfriend 187!! overall, had such a horrible experience here, and will definitely not be coming back. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the person who helped us, but she had tattoos all over, including on her neck. Whoever that was, is one of the rudest, most disrespectful people i've come across when just trying to go about my day. read more

Another awesome post office location. Been here couple times and the experiences were always very pleasant. Most of the time the wait was short. Even there's a line usually it moved fast. This location is smaller compare w others but plenty of parking and not overly crowded like Garden Grove one. (I will avoid the GG location on Standford by all cost). The highlight here is their employees. They are super friendly and cheerful and will spend extra time with the customers. Today they just stopped the customer, a teen and his mom, from a possible Internet scam by sending a XBOX to Nigeria. Thank you USPS. This location flat out sucks and there's no other way to put it. It may not be as bad if they had self service kiosks but they don't which leaves you at the mercy of their employees and that is just a tragedy. Please don't make the mistake of coming during lunch break hours because you can easily spend 20-30 minutes waiting in line to send a package as there will be one clerk to handle all services. So if the person in front of you is doing a passport application you are really gonna be SOL. There is a guy who will come out from the back multiple times to ask if there's any prepaid packages that need to be dropped off or if you are picking up anything for a vacation hold but he serves no other purpose outside of that. None of the clerks move with any sort of urgency and they seem irritated by your presence more often than not, especially the black woman with all of the tattoos. I would come here out of sheer convenience of location but never again. read more

Surprisingly nice I see the other negative reviews- I believe the negative reviews, but I did not have a negative experience. Quite the opposite. The only negative I can really come up with is the line moves slow. But it's also a post office and I can't remember ever being in one where the line was quick. Aside from that, no complaints. The man I dealt with was extremely nice AND helpful. Gave some suggestions on how I could accomplish what I want and save some money. The line can move slow- but it's slow because each person has a lot of questions and requests and the employees are working hard to answer and help. At least that was the experience I had and witnessed with other interactions. I know that's not what other post offices are like- most are kind of nightmare-ish. I'm glad I was helped by a friendly employee. Hopefully that is new norm here from now on. I'll definitely be back. read more

Surprised on actually how fast I was able to go in and out of here. No reason to go postal here. I came to pick up some mail since I just moved into the area. There was a short line but there were plenty of people working the desk and they were not only efficient but friendly. I usually see the post office like the DMV, a place where I'll be standing waiting for a good twenty minutes. I would say I only in the place for less than 10 minutes and most of the waiting was for the manager to find my mail in the back room and not so much in the line. Maybe I went at a good time (4pm) or maybe I was just lucky. Only downside I could think of is probably the fact that it is right next to Disney and that means traffic. read more

Terrible Terrible and Terrible.... Called to check on my package because USPS online did not have the tracking info when it's been a week. One worker picked up the phone (I regret not getting his name) gave me irrelevant information that I did not need. He asked me repeated questions and told me to repeat my tracking number 3x and then tell me that their tracking number did not start with a 4 but it starts with a 9 (could have told me that 15 minutes ago) when I already repeated the number 3x. He was not helpful and also super slow in my opinion. Awful customer service, negative 10 if you ask me. He asked if i had dropped it at the counter even when i told him I did 5 minutes ago. Speaking from experience, most US Post office have low ratings but this one in particular is horrific. This is unacceptable. read more
