The last time I go to that store. The employee that was there was very rude. I walked in with a bag of stuff that needed to be shipped. He told me to go grab a box myself. I said the box won't fit. He then went and grabbed a box, dumped everything out onto the counter and threw it into the box. When I told him the bag was supposed to go as well. He ripped off the tape, balled the bag and threw it in and then resealed it with the same used tape. read more

I went in to to have some important forms faxed which included my bank account information. Come to find out, the worker messed up when entering both fax numbers, the fax that I paid for, which I received confirmation before, was sent to wrong fax number ..worker entered a 5 instead of an 8 . The 2nd fax which the line ended up being busy, the worker transposed two numbers, and instead of it going to a 569 number, he sent to a 596 number. To top it off. I couldn't get refunded because I no longer had my receipt. Never again will I go there again!!! read more

Just got my documents notarized for the first time here and it was very quick and easy. I didn't get her name but she was very friendly and helpful. I came when the store was almost about to close, but she still helped me with a positive attitude. On a side note, while I was waiting for my documents, numerous customers came in to have their packages shipped and I was surprised how fast they were in and out the door. Definitely a great staff. Extremely glad I chose to have my documents serviced here! The notary services were $15 per signature. read more

Have you ever met that one single employee who blew you away because their customer service is AMAZING. Well I have and her name is Becky. She was super sweet! I called early in the morning to see if my package had arrived yet and she said that they don't get their packages until 11:00 am, so she took down my number and name.. later on she gave me a call back and let me know my package arrive. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I had to fax a paper right away. Employee faxes my paperwork as well as another customer's paper work. Both Fax's wouldn't go through. He Told both of us we had numbers that were not good and we need to find another way to send it. I had to fax a Hong Kong hotel reservation payment form (due to safety concerns, it had to be faxed. Not mailed or email, but faxed). And since I have never faxed anything before, I Googled around for places to send a fax and this location was one of the top links. Walk in, and there were three employees and three customers. I was just taking a quick look around to see for any information about faxing. A male employee asked if I needed help. I told him that I needed to fax something to Hong Kong. He took the form and got it ready to fax. It starts dialing, and I wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. After three or four minutes, he tries again. I wait. And wait. And wait. He couldn't believe that the number was consistently busy. So he tries it again. And I wait. And wait. And wait. While that's happening, a few more customers begin to show up. And he starts to take care of them. Soon a female employee was free and began to check up on my status of the fax. I told her that I was in no rush, so I was willing to wait (for a decent amount of time before I gave up). As I didn't know if there would be any kind of sound indicating that the fax was going through, I asked her if there would be any kind of sign to know, as not only did I have to fax the payment form, but I also had to email the hotel reservation roughly the same time. She looks at the paper and the fax number. Tries again. And we wait. And wait. And wait. She asks where it was going, and I responded to Hong Kong. She then went towards the back. After a few minutes, she comes back with a note pad with some numbers written on it. She tries once more. And it looked as though she inputted more numbers than just the fax number. The line was free. The fax was sent There was a sigh of relief knowing that the hotel reservation payment was on its way. The total amount to send the fax was just a little under $6, which was less that what I was expecting to pay. read more

Worst customer service ever! The prices are outrageous - $126.00 for an overnight letter to a business, which was said with a completely straight and serious expression - SERIOUSLY? This was replaced with shock when I questioned the price. UPS can charge what they want, but I paid $18.00 at the Post Office for the same service. Every time I go here to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label(returning something from Amazon, who's with me XD), I am greeted with courteous and fast service. UPDATE: This has been my go-to UPS store for the last year, usually I'm returning stuff from Amazon or need to print a few papers out and every time customer service is on point. There was no repairing the picture even. Glass was everywhere. It has been three months since it was sent, they have done nothing for me! They won't reimburse me my money I spent to ship it, compensate for my picture and the frame, NOTHING! They won't return my calls, they are giving me different numbers to call and sending me in circles. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PACKAGES!!!!!! read more

Well you have to understand that these places are profit centers. They are not the actual UPS Shipping sites. So definitely expect them to try to mark up your freight to make money. But that's how they stay in business. I came by with a ground shipment they gave me all the paperwork (no questions asked) once I filled it out they mentioned that the paperwork is actually just for overnight so if I want to do ground I have to go to a different location. I noticed this earlier but I just didn't say anything because there was really no qualifying question and I was just filling out the paperwork Which they would transcribe onto the computer. Just be aware. I decided to take my package to FedEx where we also have an account. They don't play games there. read more

A special shout out to team member Roger and manager Hans for packing an antique magazine rack I bought on eBay that required local pick-up. My friend Jamie picked it up in Huntington Beach, CA, and then took it directly to The UPS Store, #5667, at 174 W. Lincoln Avenue, in Anaheim, California. It started its journey eastward to Wisconsin on or about Tuesday June 1st or Wednesday 2nd, and it arrived safe, sound, and in one piece, absolutely not a scratch on it on Friday, June 11th. The packing Roger and Hans did was incredible. I have never seen so much bubble wrap in my life. They also used some UPS boxes to pack it well in the larger box, and I took those to my local UPS Store as they were brand new. They even put an arrow on the outside of the box to indicate that it needed to be kept upright. Talk about service, and I have never even met these guys! WOW! Take a bow Roger and Hans! Well-done. I highly recommend The UPS Store, #5667. They take care of their customers to the utmost near and far. read more

Horrible customer service. I had an issue about a mistake they made on a package return. Talked to Ray on several occasions to escalate an issue with the owner. After 5 attempts to get a response, no call and no follow ups. They took down my name, number and proof of receipt transaction but never heard back. 2 months have past and I had no choice but to pay the$100 rebill of a package I wanted abandoned and I have no clue about the whereabouts of the package. I shouldn't be the one chasing for information on their screw up. read more

This store lost my package in January for a T-Mobile signal booster worth $350. Until this day they haven't been able to find or track my package and now my account got sent to collections. We went to the store and the people that work there just told us the package was lost and didn't bother assisting us from there. We reached out to UPS to open a claim and without informing us they decided to close the case because they didn't have enough information. Be careful with your packets people this store is not the greatest and have no customer service. read more
