Don't ever print at this place. I ran out of toner on my printer and needed to print some documents quickly, so I headed over to this place. I remembered printing for something like 10 cents a year ago so I figured it wouldn't cost me too much. When I told the employee that I needed to print stuff, she told me it is 20 cents per copy and another 20 cents per minute spent on the computer. I was like what??? but I had no choice and decided to just start printing stuff quickly. After printing about two documents and while I'm busy trying to open another document on a computer that was slow as hell, the employee came over to me and showed me what I printed and they were not printed in regular 8 1/2 by 11 size. I told her I couldn't take that, and she spent about 5 minutes trying to figure out how to change the setting so it could be printed in correct size. Once she figured it out, I asked her if I had to do that for every single document, and she said yes, but she had to help somebody else and she said she would be back after. From what I had seen, I was able to figure out what she did and started to print the remaining documents on my own. But the last document somehow wouldn't load properly, telling me that it needed the latest version of Adobe Reader. I told her the problem, she didn't know if they had the latest version, and told me to wait to try it on a different computer that another customer was using. So I waited for another 5 minutes, then I saw that somehow my document magically showed up. I quickly printed it and she rang me up. She charged me for 20 minutes of computer use. I asked her if that included the time that SHE spent trying to figure out the settings and she said yes! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You're charging me for YOUR OWN INCOMPETENCE? If I hadn't figured out the settings after she left me and just waited for her to come back, was she going to charge me for that time too??? I paid over 7 dollars to print 18 sheets of paper. What a ripoff!!!!! I know I am never going back to that place!!!! read more

The employees knew exactly what they were doing and were very clear with me about what to expect as they were pakcing up my box, getting my forms notarized, and ringing me up. Brought in a package to send to China via DHL. Girl at the counter said that China does not accept any products which were made in China and that my package would be returned to me as undeliverable. I did not want to trust my package to someone that clueless, so I left. Went to the post office who confirmed that no, this girl had no idea what she was talking about. read more

Staff went out of their way to cut and make a custom box to fit my irregularly shaped shipment.

I have been a loyal customer of this store with a mailbox for many years and sadly ownership changed. Sometimes change can be good but I was so happy with the previous owner and the service that I never had an issues. As soon as the new owner took over a couple of weeks ago I've had several issues. The new staff the new owner brought are sadly not as good as the old staff. The new owner also has sent reminders of new cost for overflow and the biggest surprise and disappointment is the monthly cost for the box. It went up from $14 to $23 a month with no free months. When I brought this to the new owners attention he said he has no power to change the cost or help provide any other options and blamed UPS corporate for them requiring him to have a new cost. I called around my area and found that all of the stores still around between $12-$15 a month for the same box. I am very sad by this action. Geographically, The UPS Store on Euclid in Anaheim is more convenient for me since I pass it on a daily basis going to work. However, I went on their Yelp page and found nothing positive about that location. Since I didn't want to deal with any mishaps or "slow" service, I decided to come to this location. It's a little out of the way but it's not a major inconvenience. I arrived, brought my package to ship, someone tended to me quickly and I was in and out of there in 3 minutes. I've experienced other UPS stores and to be honest I never really like going because some nickel and dime with charges. This one is super easy when I need to handle returns. No extra charges and I'm always in and out. It's really of the way of my house, but if I'm passing through, and need to handle some parcel situation then I'm definitely going to this one. read more

The directions took me to the back of the plaza and through the busy building complexes which was odd. Just keep an eye out for the Vons in a large plaza and you're in the right place. Quick and simple passport photos for about $13 and done within 10 minutes. Didn't know ups did it and now I'll be using them in the future. read more

Use caution when utilizing this facility here. Your better off going and getting a box at the USPS. They don't follow the law when it comes to your mail. They will and have fraudulently signed for packages and then state no one at the facility did that. Yet they put a forwarding sticker on it and attempt to forward it when they know that's no legal. The staff really lacks professionalism and customer service. read more

Absolutely horrendous customer service and Anas will try to scam you out of money. I went to pick up a package today (Monday) that was delivered to their store Saturday afternoon. I had gotten a call that there would be a $5 holding charge. I thought that was odd but would be an easy dispute. I get to the store and he says there's a $10 charge, $5 a day. Keep in mind they're closed on Sunday and the package was delivered at 4p on Saturday and they close at 5p. I asked him why I was getting charged a hold of two days when I am picking it up the next business day. He said he had no control of price. Then I told him I had gotten a message earlier today about the $5 charge and instantly he said he can do $5. And of course this is all after there's a line of about 10 people and he let his buddy cut in right in front of all of us, I wanted to ask him why he took care of his buddy before the 10 people who waited in line and he said he didn't notice them. I was exceptionally happy with the help I received at this store. The guy that helped me, ( I wish I would have gotten his name) was very helpful and friendly. He helped print a mailing slip for me and I was out in less then 10 min. The exact opposite of the service that I failed to receive from the store located on 675 Euclid. I was so frustrated by the later and so very satisfied by the former. I love and appreciate good customer service, it can make all the difference. I had the most wonderful experience possible with the employees at this particular UPS store in Anaheim, Ca. I had a difficult time with an eBay buyer and the unique shipping dimensions of the item I was sending. The cost of packing and shipping was going to be $100 for an item I sold for $81. I was going to end up paying the person $50 to buy my item. It was a disaster and the eBay buyer was very rude and unappreciative of all the efforts I was making to get his item shipped carefully to him. The fantastic crew at UPS Anaheim didn't have a box that quite fit the dimensions I needed for the item so they custom cut down the box to fit the item a bit better. I packaged myself and brought it back about 20 minutes later needing more packing peanutes to fill the space in the box. The owner of the store Assunta, weighed the package as is and determined it would be $80 to ship. I was not happy with that price, and I was still paying the man to buy my item. The entire crew at UPS made up of Apollo, Calvin, and Assunta completely reconstructed the entire box to custom fit the item perfectly. They packaged it up and weighed it again and found that cutting down the dimensions of the box had dropped the price down to $27! Absolutely amazing!! I had expected to pay some services charges for all the extra hard work they had put in but they declined and had me pay the $27 in shipping and safely shipped my parcel right then and there!! In total I spent about 2 hours with them helping me problem solve a solution to a difficult situation! They turned a completely unfortunate situation into a profitable experience from their care and incredible customer service!! I am so grateful to these guys, they really work hard and care about their customers and their work! Thank you Apollo, Calvin, and Assunta! You all completely made my day! read more

Horrible service!!! I had to send a money order for my rent that it was due in 4 days. So I walk to this place, I paid for the service to be delivered in 4 business days, thinking my payment was going to get there in time. My package was lost and never found. I've call almost every day. They would tell me that I had to wait for 15 days of investigation that they couldn't do anything about it. I was so stress out because for their fault I was late on my rent, I had to pay $750 of late fees, and I was so close of losing my apartment. I was in maternity leave and my husband at the hospital. So I had to return to work to pay that money. I didn't have money to buy another money order and send it again. And to top it off they lied to me that they were going to refund my late fees and also what I paid for getting a refund on my money order. They told me they were going to refund only what I had paid for and until now I haven't receive anything from them. I don't know what games their playing but I've been twice to that store to get my refund and they keep telling me to go back another day. Like seriously can the service get any worse? I would just like to express how disappointed I am with the service at this store as of now. I have been coming to this store for quite a while. Although I am quite pleased with the service I receive when I go late in the day. Today I referred my sister to this store to get a notary and a live scan done. Knowing that they offer these services here, I knew with confidence it was the best place to go to. When my sister arrived, she was greeted right away by one of the gentlemen working here. She then let them know she was there for a notary. A few minutes had gone by and she was still waiting but she was okay with it because they were busy. The girl working at this time I believe her name is Sol, had gone to the front and the gentlemen went ahead and told her that my sister was next and she needed a notary done. She just so happened to ignore the fact that she was told that she was next in line. The second time she was told she decided to acknowledge my sister but only tell her someone else was going to be right with her without a reason or explanation. The third time she was told by another one of the gentlemen she basically refused to give her the attention or service she had gone in for. Which I believe is completely absurd and ridiculous on her behalf. While this was going on she decided it was okay to help a group of people that had gone in for live scans and who had gone into the store after my sister, who had already been waiting to get helped. It wasn't till' my sister stepped forward and told the girl she was also there for a live scan. Thats when she then decided to acknowledge my sister and tell her she could help her first then. Which she should have been helped right away in first place. I don't know what kinda business is being ran here anymore or when a customer deserve priority over another based on the service they go in for. I do ask that my sister not be contacted by the owner or employee in regard to this situation please.
