Don't trust these guys. I made a mistake and dropped off a package with USPS return labelling. These guys said they will give it to USPS for me but they could not give me a tracking label. Shame on me but I trusted them and so I left the package. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I have worked with the recipient before and trust their receiving operations. I can only conclude that something happened at this UPS store. I know I learned my lesson but don't make the same mistake I did. I can remove this if I am compensated for the $26 value of the item. Their printers don't have a USB port, so you have to use their computer to print out your document. They charged me $2.60 to use their computers and another $0.09 for the actual print. So overall, you'll end up paying $2.69 + tax to print one page. I wasn't aware that there was a fee to use their computers and they didn't inform me until after I had printed my page. read more

I needed to send a package back to Amazon. I already had the item packaged with a label and just needed them to tape the box, affix the label and get it on the road for me. My experience was very quick. I walked in and he scanned my label, taped the box and affixed the label as the receipt printed and I was done. The store has some small boxes, tape and some other items you may need and provide other services. My issue is the shopping plaza it is located in. Worst shopping plaza ever. I come here multiple times a month to drop off packages for UPS to pick-up from this location. They also accept USPS outgoing mail, but cannot give you a receipt for it. The young men who work here are super professional and super polite to customers! I have been to so many UPS stores in Northern Virginia and this is the best one in the area. I do a lot of shipping, and yes admittedly I use Fedex more, but because of stuff like most UPS stores put me through. Any time I walk in it's literally like I've walked into a graveyard (NOT just this location). The only time you have anyone about is if others are shipping...but hey that is what they are supposed to be right? I've shipped twice here, but I'd have to say both times it cost me an arm and a leg. I'm glad the second time was on account. They live for repacking lol read more

This store is amazing. I went there to send 8 heavy packages across the US to facilitate my move to California. When I went in to ask if they could do it for me I was given a hand truck to move all my heavy boxes into the store. Johnny the store clerk was very friendly and helped me to print shipping labels without having to fill out a bunch of paper work. He was efficient and reread all my information back to me to ensure it was correct which made me very comfortable shipping with them. A week later a day before my packages were scheduled to arrive I needed to change the delivery address so I called the store to ask for the same employee which helped me to send the packages initially. He was out of the store but called back an hour later when he arrived to explain how delivery intercept worked. Within 5 minutes he was able to reroute all 8 of my packages without issue. This store helped me to facilitate my move and forgo the stress of changing my delivery destination upon very short notice. Hands down best mailing/shipping experience I could have asked for. I will definitely be using this store again and would recommend it to anyone needing assistance with shipping. read more
