In short, I was recommending them to everyone who would listen .... now - not so much. In the last 4 months, the new manager does not know who is doing what or the status of any tasks when we call to check in. While Amanda - one of the receptionists - tries to support us, there is no leadership, no accountability and no genuine support for her in completing the assigned tasks. We have reached out to corporate to try and get this fixed on two separate occasions ... no response. There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. My tasks of printing, faxing, shipping & a couple of treats came under $12. The neighborhood's friendly one-stop shop for all your mailing & then some needs.

The associate's name was Mon'a and she was BEYOND helpful! I had an Amazon return to complete and it was a BIG order. Mon'a was super helpful and kind with getting the return processed!! She helped pack everything into an appropriate box size and made the return process super easy for me. She really didn't have to do all of that, but I appreciate that act of kindness! I was initially afraid to come into the store to do an Amazon return because I didn't have a box. And this one time I went to FedEx for an online return (non-Amazon), they gave me so much sas & krap for not taping up the box! I explained that I didn't have any at home and they said I should buy some next time and they even threatened to charge me for tape usage at their store. That FedEx experience was so traumatizing that I was afraid to come into a mailing office again! But Mon'a really changed that perspective for me. I felt confident to come back to this store again for future shipping services because she was so helpful! Woohoo! I am first to review!…read more I set up an account with Andrew, the store owner, as I aneed a place to ship my stuff from LA to Bethesda. I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. A great and secure place near the battery lane apts to ship stuff to.
