I've used quite a few UPS Stores through the years but I've never seen one that comes anywhere close to the level of service that UPS on Grand Avenue in Arroyo Grande provides. They should receive corporate awards for the level of service that the entire crew provides. Especially Dina, she just can't do enough for you, and no matter how busy they may be she always serves you with a smile. These people totally have the correct business model defined, hard to come by in today's environment where some middle or upper manager wants to replace employees with AI. Fantastic service and always very nice. This location is just around the corner from my house so I frequent it often for Amazon returns and what not. Came in to buy a book of stamps. Now stamps cost .73 so a book should cost $14.60, but I got charged $19.00. I looked at the receipt all it said Book of stamps $19.00. I asked why and they said a convenience charge. How did I inconvenience them to be charged $4.60. And does the post office charge them a convenient charge when they order stamps from the post office. I guess since i inconvenienced them I'll take my business directly to the post office. read more

UPS Store Paso Robles no block road! Stay away from this place. Ups used to claim they ran the tightest ship in the shipping business. Well that's not true at the Paso Robles ups store . I was returning a package to the shipper with an authorization number. As instructed by shipper I was to print label and attach to box or if I didn't have printer ups store would do for me. I get there mind you I'm 10 miles from upstate store . Kid at the counter namely Pedro says he's not gonna put tape on my box or print me a label unless I pay for that service. I didn't have any money on me shipper said it was paid for already . So I was unable to return package then the kid says a smart ass comment about me being dumb for not putting label on it and laugh at me with other employee I called shipper and told them not to ship my pkgs ups anymore. Ups used to say the customer always write well here you go Go in there and see Pedo. I mean I think it's great that they hire the handicap. But They should be under supervision I think this kid was out of brain cells read more

Used to be a great place.recently they hired a young man tall, with mustache named Richard he was rude and disrespectful. I'm in my 70s and do not understand technology. Instead of helping me or letting. Me know any bag was ok he told me to drive all the way home get original bag. I left to get my bag and realised he didn't even give me my other receipt. I needed my fingerprints done and was recommended over to this store. My first set was rejected due to poor quality; I had even questioned the employee if they were sufficient due to her being a little confused by a scar/callous. After having to wait a month for a rejection letter for this, I then had to re-submit my prints. This time, they managed to input my information incorrectly, which set me back YET another month! I then had to be reprinted a third time somewhere else. It's not worth the money! read more

The first and only time I have ever sent anything through UPS was a complete disaster. My shipment was lost. It was scheduled for next day delivery and was time-sensitive as it was my company's pay checks. I had to cancel the checks, and when I went to ask for reimbursement the canceled check fee, I had been told it may be too late. They took my phone number, and never called me again. I did receive a "refund" check in the mail for the shipment fee itself, which was shorted according to my original receipt. But it didn't cover the expense of my canceled check fees and I'm still waiting on that phone call... I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH UPS AGAIN, and I urge all of you to tread lightly when, and if, you choose to do business with them. read more

She requested more information from us and stated that she would use the information to better her staff. That's all a customer can ask for.
