They quoted me a fair price that was roughly half of another firm that said "if you get a cheaper price, let me know and we'll cut our price ". In my opinion, very unprofessional! When I got the invoice from ASAP, they took another $20 off because the actual work they did didn't warrant the extra $20. A class act. read more

I have to say that ASAP Reprographics is the absolute best printing company I have ever seen in my life- not just in SLO but anywhere! They are by far my favorite local business now. Everyone there was amazing-- they are the most efficient, most effective, most helpful and the least expensive in the industry. I was able to email print jobs and they had them ready within seconds-- and not easy jobs they were complicated 24x36 plans. I had gone to FEDEX & Staples first and their prices were almost 4 times the cost and not nearly as efficient or friendly. I had to keep going back due to changes on our plans and every time I was greeted with a warm smile and they even knew my name- and their dog Marley was a huge added bonus:-) I really can't say enough about this company and I will only use them for any print jobs! Ryan and his team are fantastic! I appeared to be in a very confusing situation, where the .eps file had to be converted into .ai format. Not having the software to do that, I had to call the first company Google search gave me. And lucky I was!!! ASAP Reprographics!!! They helped me within 2 minutes, just asked for the file, converted it while we were on the phone, and sent it back to me without even asking for the payment! I was like 'Print this order!" and they were like 'Yes sir' and then they were like, 'you want us to bring you a color sample to verify the color?' And I was like 'Nah, it's cool. I'm sure it's fine.' And then they brought it anyway to make sure and I was like 'Oh SNAP! I'm glad you DID bring me the color sample, those colors are in fact a bit off.' and they were like 'we'll fix that right up sir.' my company has used ASAP dozens of times and we've always been happy with their service. The last time I went in I was asking for copies of some extremely large and delicate maps. I thought I'd have to leave the maps there and come back later but the nice guy at the counter told me it wouldn't take long. These guys are pro's! They have a huge flatbed scanner. I had three large photos I needed scanned and made smaller and mounted on backer board SAME DAY! It was a last minute birthday gift. I called to see if same-day printing was possible for some emergency business cards. Angelo answered my call and I was really impressed with his professionalism. I had called another place in town and after talking to them I was really worried that I would not be able to have any business cards at my event that evening. But it was no problem for ASAP. It took about one minute for me to get all the information I needed from Angelo, I emailed the file, and he called me back within just a couple hours to let me know my cards were ready for pickup, hours before the deadline. I'm very pleased and happy with the service and so glad to be able to use a local company for my business printing. read more

I used this company for the first time recently to get an annual fundraising letter out on behalf of the non-profit organization that I work for. Their job was to do the mail merge, print the letters, stuff the envelopes and mail the letters. After spending about a week dealing with a minor "graphics" (spacing) issue (that would have taken me 15 minutes to fix) the mailing went out at the last minute and many of the letters bounced back because they weren't addressed properly because the employee whose job it was to get it out did not follow our instructions. The communication was terrible, the information they provided me was inconsistent, and it seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. This was an easy job and they handled it poorly. Worse, when I communicated my complaints to the owner, his response (both times) was to get defensive, blame me for the problems and was only willing to fix their mistakes at additional cost to the organization. I won't use this company again. read more
