They have provided me with Notary, printing, shipping and copying services and have always delivered great service with a smile and professionalism for the right price. Special Kudos to Allison Mundan, the graphic artist who put together a pamphlet for a non-profit I am working with, "Children's Discovery Center of the Central Coast". I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The customer service was unprofessional, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of addressed. A worker named Jill was very rude and had a very condescending tone with me. What was most concerning was seeing a mouse run underneath the gray and blue printer in the lobby area. That raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the store. Customers should be aware before visiting. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both the customer service and the condition of the store. read more

They were a bit sketch at the beginning. 4 people working, one in the front, with 3 in the back chatting (6 in line). We asked if they had Notary and things got better. One guy came out to give me Notary services and the two others moved up to help others. It seemed to move steadily after that. read more

I wish I didn't have to do this, but the staff here wasn't wearing masks. Mask use by employees is common sense and good business. I remind everyone we are still in the early stages of a pandemic and masks are required by county and statewide order. I have a disabled daughter and an elderly mother living with us and both are of extremely high risk. When you don't wear masks it puts the rest of us in potential danger. Please consider requiring your staff and customers to use masks. read more

The UPS Store in here Nipomo is the absolute best! I've had a mailbox with them since they opened their doors (actually as soon as I found out it was coming in, I was banging on the door to get my box!) They've done large and small print jobs, name tags, banners, posters, business cards and enlarged pictures to hang on my walls. I've also used their Notary services several times. An excellent one-stop shop without having to leave Nipomo! Their customer service is over the top and the staff always makes sure everything they do is highest quality. Super unhappy with my recent experience at the UPS store. I paid $30 extra to have an important package delivered 2-day service. The normal price was going to have the package at the destination in 6 days and I needed it there sooner so paid the extra for the 2- day service. The package ended up still taking the full 6 days, which was very disappointing. When I called to ask for my money back on the difference between the 2-day price and. Ir al price I was told that it's not their fault or responsibility as it is the responsibility of UPS itself. No refund. I find this rather appalling. read more

Before moving into our new home we used this store to be our local mailing address; make and send photocopies of legal documents by fax and put critical documents onto memory sticks; Notary services and returning (repackaging) an Amazon.com purchase. Consistently excellent, cheerful, helpful service. They'll show you various options to try to save you money. Everyone there is very professional but at the same time extremely easy to work with. I've used their packing, shipping, large document printing, copying, digital photo editing, design services, faxing, notary services, LiveScan fingerprinting, and more, and I have always been 100% (or more!) satisfied. Whatever the project is, I leave it in their hands knowing it will be done on time and done perfectly correctly. I can't recommend The UPS Store in Nipomo highly enough. They are really superior at what they do, and very nice people besides. Also, it's the only place I know of on the Central Coast where you can walk in to get LiveScan fingerprinting or Notary services without an appointment. They are so helpful! read more

We got a box here after our neighborhood experienced mail theft. It's worth the yearly fee to have peace of mind that our mail and packages are safe. I am hesitant but this needs to be said I took photographs in for help in designing a special Mother's Day card. The girl who helped me did a good job setting up the card and I liked the final product, but, when I went to pick it up she didn't have envelopes to fit the card ; she made the card odd size and when I questioned her she said " no one told her I needed an envelope ". This was a Mother's Day card , obviously I needed an envelope eventually she pointed me to a stack of envelopes but unfortunately they weren't the right size , I did accept the envelope as I had to get this mailed to my mother. Argumentative older lady. No customer service skills. When I questioned the outcome of a product I had ordered, she gave me attitude without even checking with the person I ordered from, but instead blamed me for the mistake. I was surprised to find that she was the owner named Jill. A little advice Jill, the customer is always right, and don't argue with the customer because you will never win, you will only lose business in the long run through word of mouth and a lack of repeat customers you dumb B! read more

There are SO nice there and offer so many services. I got passport photos taken and a notary done for about $20. Yes, Costco is a little cheaper for passport pics, but this took me 5 minutes and pain free. Park right out front and AWESOME customer service. Jill is wonderful! Highly recommend. read more

Don't know what I would do without them! I'm recently retired and really no longer have the need for a home office...most of the time. Every now and then something comes up and I need to print a document or have something notorized. Now I just forward it to my neighborhood UPS Store and for a buck or two it's printed. Today I realized that my passport had expired so I ran over and had a pic taken. Easy peasy. Everyone there is professional and even when they are very busy they are very organized.
