This place is HORRIBLE they don't deliver packages on time they lose them as well. This facility alone makes me hate UPS in a whole

I'd like to give them zero stars. 1. Delivery person leaves before I can even get downstairs to my front door. 2. I call right away before delivery guy even has time to leave my neighborhood. Guy on phone says he cannot help and I will have to wait for a retry tomorrow. I explain I won't be in town for a week. 3. They said I could come pick it up later at their shipping center. I was told I'd get a call within the hour about when and where. Never got a call. I finally called back at 8:30pm and was told my package was waiting and they closed at 9pm. I was too far away to make it by 9pm. 4. They promised to call my wife by 10am the next morning and let her decide whether package would be delivered or left for pick up. At 4pm they still hadn't called. Shameful! 5. I get a phone call on my phone asking me when I am coming to pick up my package. I wanted to say &$^}^**.......... yes, words I shouldn't say. 6. This is the worse UPS store ever like no exaggeration, my package was supposed to be a next day delivery but it has been sitting in their warehouse for a week and a half, the automated ups chat told me my package was available for pick up after they delayed my delivery for a week for no apparent reason so I went to pick it up TWICE just for them to tell me it isn't ready and to "check back later". The girl in the office gave me the office number which she obviously lets ring when I know for a fact that she watches it ring and secondly If I arrive to the facility to pickup my package why can't she just go get it instead of giving me excuses about not having enough workers to process it , that's just unnecessarily lazy . I ordered a package that was set to be delivered to me on yesterday. The package was supposedly delivered yesterday at 4:45 however I was home and waiting the driver never came. I called and was told I could pick the package up that day and customer service would call me back. No call ever came. I waited in the living room by the door for a hour nothing. I called back and was told my package was going to be redelivered that night. I waited several more hours called back they said it been taken back to the center but I could pick it up at 8. I got here at 8 the next morning. They have been unable to locate care my package. It's now 9 still nothing. This has been the worst customer service I have ever seen. And my package is still unaccounted for. I would not recommend UPS especially this location. I wish I could give them no stars there service has been ridiculously bad. read more

Just came back from this facility extremely frustrated. I talked to Ms. Marna, however, she could not tell me where my package were, or get a supervisor to help me locate the package. Not only UPS did not attempt my package which they lied about but also they don't want to make any effort to help find package. It has been four days after without any success. They mark an attempt to deliver and return. Everyone that entered the facility was treated horribly. The drivers were one to two hours late and everyone had nasty attitudes. This isn't a UPS store. It's the customer desk for a large UPS facility. The workers who helped me were working HARD and I appreciate it! (Especially Ms. Taretha.) I entered the customer service trailer-building about 3 minutes before closing, on the last business day before Christmas. Everyone was nice to me even though they all had a thousand-yard-stare from overwork when I first came in. They helped me find my package immediately, and were sweet too. Everyone here all deserves a raise, and UPS needs to schedule more staff so these hard-working ladies are not short-staffed right before the holidays!!! (PS: they weren't complaining, either. You just know hard work when you see it.) read more

I honestly don't like this place. I mean it's kind of sickening to be honest. I've spent the better part of 10 hours trying to get an issue resolved. I've had a packaged rejected TWICE because the drive was too dumb to look at the address on the package and look at the address on the street. Not once, but twice. I've basically had my package delayed for over two weeks and needless to say when I filed a complaint between the customer care service center and this place I have been redirected 4 times. Granted most people don't file complaints or write reviews when something good is going on. I guess you can take this review as one of them, because I have used this UPS store before. Actually the guy that generally delivers knows us on a first name bases, and I him; but and I say regardless of the holiday seasons, these people are STUPID! Get your act together, you handle personal care that people entrust to you, there is no reason why people should have to double check something that they are getting paid for. read more

I was supposed to have a package delivery today by ups and when I tracked my package the message said that I refused the package and return to sender. Well that was a lie that the driver told. I was actually in jury duty today at the time the delivery driver came and when I looked at all the cameras in the front of my house the driver never got out of the truck. The driver backed into my driveway at 12:27p.m and pulled out of my driveway at 12:29p.m. so when I called the customer service number the first time she said that someone would be giving me a call in a hour and no one never called, so I called back and the sent me to someone else and he said someone would call me back and no one ever called back. So I will be sending a screenshot of my messages from ups and a copy of the video to the news station in the morning. Why would you lie ups. read more

Horrible. I was expecting 4 packages today. All of them were out for delivery no later than 6am this morning. 10 minutes after 10pm I check the tracking. Apparently I wasn't available at 10:09.....a second attempt will be made. The driver flat out lied. I called the 800 number, if the driver was just here 3 minutes ago (by the time I got a live person in the phone) why can't he turn around and deliver my packages? No note on my front door, no packages left on the porch they way they have been every other time, dogs never barked at a truck being parked in the driveway..... So sorry. The guy at the 800 number says he'll have the local facility call me by 10am tomorrow. Really? I'm leaving in the morning for my daughters graduation. Without the gifts that were scheduled to arrive tonight. No phone number available for the local office. If I could give half a star I would. read more

I had a package to come to this site from the Company warehouse were I purchased my item. It came through this UPS site and that was it. Never received my package. It's been 13 days since it came to this UPS location and they have yet to deliver my package. I would hate to think that someone took it or lost it. This is absolutely ridiculous and irresponsible. I asked to have my package held at this location so that I could pick it up, so that I would have it before I went out of town. I get to this place only to see one person working, and three people ahead of me saying she is working by herself and she told them it would take 1 hour for them to get their packages. After patiently waiting I was told she would be able to go to the hub to get my package that I needed to complain and call the 1-800- 833-9943 to have my package delivered to my home so that I know I will have it before leaving town. I spoke with customer service and put the request in to have it sent to my house. The guy advised someone would call me within an hour no one called me, so I called back only for the next person to tell me their is a guarantee my package would be on the truck today and that I would get a call. I received no call. So I called this morning and spoke with Shaquiole who was very unprofessional he advised he could give me the distribution number after I told him I see the phone in the place with customers calling. So I looked it up. Then asked to speak with his supervisor who then gets on the phone without reading what her employee posted she then ask me questions and disconnect the phone call. This was my first and LAST trip to this service center. The drivers steal from you and they never can find your item. I was there on 11/23/17 to pick up an item that should have been shipped to my business. The driver lied about the business being closed and it went down from there. No one could give me a straight answer. I was told at 6pm that the item was at the service center. Arrived and spent nearly 2 hours waiting for a package that did not come. I missed my flight and never received the item. Piss poor service. Everyone including Stephanie lied. I was then informed of the item not being on the truck, WTH...The updates were wrong.
