I have never had a bad experience at this store. I go there fairly often thanks to Amazon's free returns with my Prime account. The staff, though not overly friendly, are not unpleasant (like most of us have experienced with the post office). Third star is just because it's convenient, would otherwise be two. Usually there's a line- but today I was surprised to walk right up. My mistake however was thinking that since they advertise printing, they'd be ok at making a few copies. Not super important thank goodness- but the sloppy job done is just laughable. I could have done better had it been a DIY service- the gal couldn't care less about the results and it shows. I do know tho that I will never EVER rely on y'all if it needs to look professional. My home HP would have been better, or I should have taken the time to go to Office Depot. Lesson learned. read more

Huh, who'd have known they only have 3 stars! Absolutely worthless business. No one in the place allowed to do anything!! One staff member was rude and seemed like she was being bothered, You know to work a job she picked. The UPS system seems list. I spoke to a customer service person, who could barely speak English and spent 45 minutes on the phone, not once but twice. Then when finally resolved I was told the UPS store could complete the problem, but THAT was wrong!! The rude young lady wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before jumping in to tell me there was nothing they could done to help, even after the actual UPS customer service person said they would! Went back and forth till I was just frustrated and left! Appalling customer service! This ENTIRE generation of young people maybe shouldn't even work! Apparently it's TOOO stressful! RIDICULOUS!! I'm not sure why the rating is what it is! This is my favorite UPS to date (I'm 36). They are almost always buzzing with people walking in and out. I think I've been here once when no one else was, for the half a minute I'm inside the store. I generally am here weekly for an amazon return cause I order from there like it's my job. They are always amply staffed, quick to give you a look and say we will be right with you if they are all busy, and all are so fast with getting people what they need! I actually get a little anxiety walking into any other UPS (except the one on Allen) because for some reason, shipping does not compute in my brain lol. But this one is so quick and easy that I just pop in and out when I run errands. read more

I don't understand why these women are so rude in this store. It's like they are happy to tell you they can't ship things, or that they can't insure this or that. Every time I go in I prep myself for the experience of annoying them with my presence. The only time they are kind is when they have a manager watching over them or the owner is watching. I have gone to this branch twice already for product returns and so far, good experience! Received my refunds at a timely manner. Store is clean, appears to be well-staffed, and the staff who have helped me have been courteous and helpful. I always come in in the morning after dropping my daughter to school so I haven't had issues with long lines. Would recommend this UPS store for product returns at least. read more

If this store does not want to notarize papers they should state that on the door. I arrived waited in line behind other customers when it was my turn she said to take my papers to the table and wait. She then proceeded to help the people in line behind me. There were three girls working one came back up and then waited on the person in line behind them. Each of these transactions were taking a long time. Not simple Amazon drop offs. I walked back up and asked why they were not waiting on me. The girl behind the counter was very rude and said she was waiting on other customers. I left. Owners should be ashamed for allowing employees to disrespect their client. MOST....not all.....of your employees are RUDE with no social skills. I've been using this store since it opened.....The employees have never been super friendly but do their jobs competently...I don't like doing business at places where the employees don't say hello or please and thank you. They take your money for services rendered and have the attitude that you owe them a thank you for showing up to work and taking your money. Perfect example.....On sunday the 6th or 13th of August (I don't remember which Sunday), I verified the hours of the store that they were closing at 3pm. I also noted on the website that notary services were available on sunday. No where on the website does indicate that notary services cease at 2pm. I arrive at the store at 2:15pm am told by Celeste (I didn't recognize her until Monday morning when I returned) that Notary services stopped at 2:00pm. Celeste told me that the Employee with Notary capabilities had already gone home for the day .I told her nowhere in the store or website does indicate that Notary services cease at 2:00pm...She said she was sorry and to return the next day. I arrive the next day which is Monday morning and low and behold guess who my Notary is......Celeste!!!!! I ask her if she was working yesterday and she said yes. I ask her didn't you tell me the notary went home? She quickly changed the subject and became very friendly (abnormal for these employees) after that. 1 last thing...when we ask for Notary services.....is it required for us to wait 10 to 15 minutes at a table until you feel like doing your job? ie....finish playing on your phone or your personal conversations (that we can hear) and distracting your co workers from doing their job? This should be a 0 start, This place is so incompetent it's not even funny. 2x they have messed up my ups red delivery. Which were very important. The first I said ok it was a mistake this time oh no not a mistake. I was suppose to get my package Friday guaranteed by 12. Now because of the people not knowing how to do there job or maybe whoever trained them doesn't know anything about UPS RED labels and how they are to be made. I will not be getting it until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. I would not ship with them for any excuse go that extra miles and ship with FED EX. This store always seems busy, but the lines go pretty quickly. I've always gone to this location for my Amazon return, and the employees are very patient. Have had nothing but good experiences with this store whenever Celeste and the rest of the gang are there. I've recently been selling some music gear online and have been using them to ship my items. It goes smoothly every time, and just recently, Celeste kindly asked if I was a triple A member and was able to get a discount for me on my shipping (which was already in triple digits and hadn't even included packaging!) needless to say, she helped me get a lower price and save more money in my pocket. They are very hard workers, always friendly, and even when the line is really long they are well staffed and the line will move quickly. From usual UPS packages to USPS mail this place has it all. Decent supply of envelopes and tape for your mailing and printing needs as well. This place is also conveniently located in the shopping center so plenty of parking. They have a late night drop box that fits decent size packages as well. Better yet they also do passport photos, notary public services, and live scan fingerprints all with out appointments with walk in service. My go to place for mailing needs. Customer service is great and attentive. Only wish were open on Sundays, but hey most mail stops aren't. read more

I like this UPS store! There has never been a line to wait for stuff anytime I have been here. I've used them a few times to ship back Amazon packages, which they seem very familiar with. I also had to use them for a notary service this year. It was reasonably priced and they were able to fit me in immediately. I've also come here without certain packaging supplies like scissors or tape and they have a nice station set up for that stuff. Everyone is always pretty friendly and quick to serve. read more

I have a real problem with this store, it's a UPS store but yet it does not provide UPS boxes to ship. You have to purchase a bubble mailer from them. I run a mailroom And we receive all of our mailing material for free but yet even though I had purchased my postage online from UPS they charged me for a mailer?! I asked where the UPS boxes were and she told me that this was the cheapest way to mail it? What? Really? I told her I run a mailroom and UPS provides boxes for free! She just ignored me. This was just a gimmick so they can charge people for their materials. I learned my lesson, I will only use FedEx from. This location is a joke. Always the slowest store I've ever been in. They always have to ask someone else how to do something. They are open 7 days a week. There is always plenty of polite knowledgeable staff that provide EXCELLENT service. It's a great place for small business to safely receive mail, ship anything, send or receive faxes, small printing jobs, etc. They almost always have a notary public on site to sign documents. One of them was on the phone with the customer and kept rolling her eyes and mocking him. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had with UPS. I had an item shipped to the Hageman Dr. store for my daughter and they returned it with no attempt to contact me because they have their own policy requiring people to have an account with THAT particular store to have UPS deliver a shipment there for customer pick-up. Who would have known that ? I have a UPS account, so I thought that was sufficient, but Instead of contacting me and charging a fee of some sort for the pick-up of the item, they just returned it with no notification. Adding insult to injury, when my daughter went to pick up the item the manager was extremely rude and treated her horribly. You would think that since they operate as a UPS business, the stores would all have the same policies, but apparently that's not the case at all. So I'm out $30.00 in shipping costs because of this store's "policy" and there's no accountability. There was no reason to handle this matter like they did, and to treat customers this way says a lot about this store and its people. Looks like I'll be using Fed-Ex or USPS from now on. read more
