It seemed to be a way higher than the Amazon was reimbursing me (they added around $10 for shipment that I sold through them). Then he added $3 for packing materials that seemed reasonable and said that if I went to post office I would have paid much more. I wasn't sure about that and upon returning home I checked the rates via UPS Ground and USPS at their respective Web sites. I found that UPS Ground would have cost me $17.29 instead of $24.46 and USPS would charge me around $12, which is rather close to the Amazon's estimate. When I called him and confronted him that he overcharged me he said that the private places put an extra charge for their shipments. Perhaps it is true, although I wasn't aware that they take so much. In any event, I will move my shipping needs elsewhere.

Complete idiot and should not be responsible for handling notaries. I mean a complete idiot she was not a lawyer or a representative who created the document and was only responsible for ensuring that I was the person signing the documents. I mean a complete incompetent representative and inconvenience to me. ***The reason for her refusal mind you is because my document said under the state of California it's perjury if documents are forged so she wanted to scratch out California and write in Texas and I was trying to explain to the incompetent employee the document is between me and California she can't write over that and would not make my document legal.

However, I made the mistake of not prepaying enough for the printing, and had no way of adding money while the computer session was active. I was so frustrated and couldn't figure it out and grew upset as I had been trying to no avail to get it up and working . Well I was so angry that it wasn't advertised that they don't do that so I called customer service they couldn't do anything outside of file a complaint . So I went back inside and believe it or not the person who I thought didn't care and didn't want to help me went above and beyond and even checked for errors. She looked over it twice. I was brought to tears because I was so stressed because I had to get the documents over to court. I was so pleased that I even called back the FedEx number to get the customer service department where you usually file complaint to send her a compliment or to let them know how amazing she was and how she turned everything around. Sometimes you think people don't want to help you when the fact is they don't even necessarily mean you any harm, you just have to ask the right questions.
