I came for a notary and the representative responsible would not notarize my documents & attempted to write over things on my document and then refused to notarize my documents it if I didn't let her write on my legal paperwork. Complete idiot and should not be responsible for handling notaries. I mean a complete idiot she was not a lawyer or a representative who created the document and was only responsible for ensuring that I was the person signing the documents. She had no understanding of my document and it was not her business. I mean a complete incompetent representative and inconvenience to me. ***The reason for her refusal mind you is because my document said under the state of California it's perjury if documents are forged so she wanted to scratch out California and write in Texas and I was trying to explain to the incompetent employee the document is between me and California she can't write over that and would not make my document legal. read more

I'll save you the trouble... continue down the road a few miles and go to the FedEx store. This place isn't worth the time, energy, or effort. I came here in the hopes of sending off my bridal proposal boxes and the only thing that was sent off was ME! I brought three smalls boxes in with the hopes of sending them off. I even declared that I didn't care how much the shipping would be. I was immediately met with the "I don't really want to help you attitude" the employees immediately began giving me excuses why they couldn't send it. What made me the most upset is that one of the excuses was COVID... which is I understood. The employee then began rummaging through my perfectly packed boxes with their bare hands. They quickly threw the items back inside and told me to go to FedEx. I left so upset but the bright side is that I did in fact go to FedEx and I was as treated with the beat customer service and taken care of immediately. Be very wary of doing business with this UPS Store. I recently had a package consisting of 4 boxes shipped here since I didn't want it left at my front door. The business I bought the product from contacted the store and they said it would be okay. I received a call at 10am stating the package had arrived and they charge $15/day/box. I got to the store at 10:20am and was forced to pay $60 to retrieve my items. So far my efforts to address this through UPS have been met with apologies, but since it's a franchise they say the store has the right to charge this fee, even though the UPS website says they shouldn't... Best customer service of almost any business. It's the Chick-Fil-A customer service for UPS. All of the employees actually care and want to help you. They run over when you enter to get you in and out as quick as possible. If by chance you have to wait, they acknowledge you and apologize for the wait.
