It wasn't until recently that I knew this UPS store location existed. I had to do a return for Amazon and this location was listed as a drop off place for the return. It's a convenient location for me so when I had another return recently, I chose to have it dropped off at this location. It's a very easy process to drop off returns for Amazon. I don't have to worry about having a box or a printed off label. I simply have the UPS store worker scanned the QR code that Amazon provides and they give me a proof of return drop off. That's it. I am not local but had some items shipped from this UPS location. Multiple items (7) arrived shattered + broken.... Things were packaged poorly + my shipping amount doubled over the phone compared to the invoice they emailed me. Please don't use them if you have fragile or valuable or breakable items. Can't believe I haven't reviewed this before. I love this UPS store. It's my go to for all my shipping needs. I have had bad experiences with the Alabama post office and packages so I don't ever use them for any packages. This location has great staff, super helpful and friendly. I usually ship to the same people so everything is saved in the system which makes it really easy. I just give them my phone number and they are able to pull it right up. They can even box and package your items for you if you wish. I have also used this location for my notary needs and to shred confidential work documents since I work from home. They have a locked bin from Iron Mountain and I can just throw the papers in there. I think you pay per pound. I've never had to wait very long here. The staff here is quick! read more

I have a box that is all taped up and ready to go to send of an advent calendar, and 4 plywood chair bottoms to send without a box or packaging materials. The cost to send an advent calendar which weighed about half of the plywood chair bottoms, pre packaged in a box was only a couple dollars less than the heavier, non-packaged chair bottoms. I always forgot about this location, just out the backside of the neighborhood that I lived in. Super convenient if you had something last minute ... bonus, they were never too busy either (at least when I went in). Staff was always super friendly and helpful! Never an issue giving you rates for a variety of shipping methods, and always willing to slap a little extra tape on that package if it looked like it needed it. All your shipping supplies can be found here as well ... so if you need a box, packing materials, tape, etc - they've got you covered. A really nice option and a great location (obviously depending on where you are located). I would recommend! read more

Staff are great, courteous and if anything isn't done correctly they will make it right.

I trusted this UPS store that they would get my product safely to the destination and they failed. They allowed temps to not scan packages for postal office pickup and now I am not able to track it. If you are going to get your labels printed there, I advise people to take their own package to the US postal office to avoid this problem. I got a small clothing business and this has caused me to lose money. :( read more
