To be fair, I've used this location mainly for its photo center as opposed to the mail piece. It's one of few locations that allows you to print tons of pictures from your iPhone. Walgreens does it too, however they often make you wait. At least, at this location, you're in control. Now with all that said, staff is super friendly and helpful. read more

Dropped off package for return at this location back on March 28th. The woman at the register was having a hard time scanning my label so she called over the manager. the manager assisted her in printing off another bar code. the printer printed 2. the woman at the register applied both labels. The company I returned package to never received it, so they began to charge my card. I went in to this location again. Spoke with the same manager and he stated it was not FedEx responsibility if the package was lost. He told me if the package had an incorrect label (in whicj he printed) the driver would correct. I filed a claim and it was denied. Now because I used this location of FedEx I'm responsible for the $234 package they lost. if you use this location, you might want to record yourself dropping off package. They will not own their mistakes. read more

Great pack and ship center. If you don't have a box or don't trust yourself to pack it right, just bring it here and they do it for you. I have used this location several times and the service is always great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Big location with lots of extras. I always find myself wandering around and looking at all the stuff they sell. I have even bought stocking stuffers here! read more

Wonderful experience getting an item shipped. The store was extremely busy and there were 3 employees working. After waiting a few minutes, I was told by "D Lonta" (I believe) that someone would be with me shortly. After another few minutes this young man helped me to figure out how to scan the label the company sent me to return a package and got me all fixed up. Incredible customer service from him. Very polite and courteous. FedEx better hold on to that one. read more

I have only had to use this a few times but each time have had a good experience. Let's face it, who really likes running errands?! This place sure takes a lot of stress off when it comes to getting things done. Shipping: each time I have used their services they have been on time, packaged well, and they really know their stuff. I wish shipping something that I thought I packed well but they gave me much better advice and I'm glad that they did. It was a little pricey but I didn't mind because I could trust that I wouldn't have to worry about the quality of the shipping itself. This location: as soon as you walk in you know immediately where to go. Everything has separate sections and because of that they have a good flow even during busy times. I've had to use multiple services at this location and the organization inside makes it so easy. It is located beside Stix by the Galleria. I think it is an excellent central spot for the city of Hoover. Really glad they are in the neighborhood and the customer service is extremely friendly read more

I don't know what has happened with this FedEx location in the last 5 months but the customer service has gone downhill fast. 1 person behind the counter ringing up the 5 customers in line, while 4 other employees are stocking shelves, looking at their phone, or literally doing nothing. I was second in line and it took them 15 mins to get to me. 2 of the people in line walked out. 2 FedEx employees stocking shelves watched me as I helped an older gentleman on the printers and never offered to help him, they just let me do it?? Also, the bathrooms are so disgusting. No hand soap or hand napkins & barely enough toilet paper. So disappointed. I use to use this place all the time, but now only use it when I have to on the self service side. I have taken my shipping to UPS. read more

I have used this location several times and always have such a positive experience. Today I was helped by Randy who was so kind and provided second mile service in order to help me get important documents shipped quickly, as the fax number that was provided to me wasn't working. While I was waiting, I noticed that same customer service being provided to other customers there from the staff that was working there. Typically, I come here to check things off a to-do list and I'm thankful that this location makes that a lot more enjoyable! read more

Been here 2 times now. Super, super friendly staff can answer any question you have. They can pack your stuff for you. Hold packages for you. Copy and Print services. Pictures. Signs and banners! This place has everything. One of the oddly nice features is it is really big. Plenty of room to move around. I had 2 large boxes the other day and didn't feel awkward like I was in peoples way. Plenty of room to go around me. Being in the galleria area it is both convenient and inconvenient. Convenient because it is in the middle of everything and inconvenient because it is in the middle of everything and its traffic. If you need to print or ship it this place can get it done. read more

Always use to ship. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff every time. Gets busy sometimes but they get to you ASAP. If a customer is not ready with their package staff will help and ask them to step aside so as to get those who are ready out the door. Keep it moving folks...keep it moving. read more
