The woman pointed to some small print in the amazon app and said that it says that the customer must tape packages. I didn't feel like squinting to read the fine print so I have no idea whether this is true. She pointed at small packages and said she would tape those and that I could buy some tape. I said I had tape in my car and went to get it and also opened the Yelp app (which she saw me do). When I came back in with my roll of tape she said "we taped it for you." SMH! I bet FedEx does this all the time to customers who will just go ahead and pay again to avoid the hassle of fighting it further / avoiding FedEx getting a debt collector involved. Very despicable.
