With one day left, minimal sanity, and not a Staples or Office Depot around, I was at my wit's end. I called Miss Print and the woman who answered sensed my desperation and told me to come right in. With a barebones word document, she helped me resize and then told me to come back in 3 hours. This is a business that needs to be referred by it's customers to others so that he gets so busy there that I can work there too (lol). He's got a gorgeous little dog Milo that he pays honor to on his web page that welcomes customers, although Milo was pooped when I went in and sleeping but I'll go say hello with bacon next time! He's got choice lots of colors of papers...suggests services that might be of need, tries extra hard to find a way to get it done...but that's probably why his name is 'Will'. ~grin~ He also does special jobs...just bring your creative idea to him! I have now been mischarged twice by this business to my Fedex account. It defeats the purpose of…read morethe convenience for me to use them because when I have looked at my bank statements and I have seen the charges made to my Fedex account, I have to call 1 800 GO FEDEX each time to question the charges made and each time they have told me the weight of the items I've sent. The most recent transaction had been a package of 15 of the silicone wrist bracelets. The weight that Mailboxes assigned them was 10lbs!!!! (heavy bracelets huh? don't think so...) Bringing my charge to $70!!!!!!!, to mail them to Florida. What are the people at Mailboxes doing? Leaning on the scale? Charging other people's packages to my account? I will never go to them again and thank you so much Fedex for correcting their screw-up not once but twice now. I suggest to anyone that needs to mail anything, to go anywhere but here.
