Friendly and attentive staff. One of the best UPS stores in the area - I always come here to drop off packages.

They closed prior to 6:00 and wouldn't open the door. The man inside was very rude and the woman working was laughing

My package 1ZH877F40411610975 should have arrived on 06/04/2025 by 7:30 pm. A sender missed an apartment number, and UPS didn't even try to call, text or email me to figure out a missing info. Instead of this, immediately - in 20 minutes, at 7:58 pm they shipped my package with very urgent important stuff back to Europe!!! They didn't even give me a chance to receive my package! They don't think, don't feel, and literally don't care. I will never ever use your services anymore! read more

Packages I receive at my house are either left in the mailbox or dropped in the gravel of the driveway at the street. Never left at the door under the overhang as directed on the package. I cannot file a claim if there is not a monetary loss. Neither the shipping office nor the local office can take a complaint. I have called and am not able to file a complaint against the driver. When I visited in Nov I ran in under the wire with my friend right before they closed. There were 2 young girls there who couldn't have been nicer. I had a big return with 2 locations...Amazon and NFL.com. My phone did not have good connectivity and they were patient, helpful and continued to smile even though I know they were ready to go home. Stopped at the UPS store to return a package of an item that my wife bought through GAP, Inc. shipped by UPS. I handed the package to the counterwoman telling her I want to return this item. She asked, "How do you want it shipped?" I honestly did not know what she meant. I replied, "I want to return it." She told me that I would have to log in on my computer and request a return. I told her my wife did call them to process the return but I have not had to do that before. She said, "Well you would have had to." Her tone was rude and condescending. I said, sarcastically, "Why don't you tell me everything I have ever done." She said, "I'll tell you when you are wrong." How rude. Why has customer service gotten so bad with some businesses? Frankly I will not go back to that store and I will look for another store even if I have to go out of my way. Ginger the manager was just an absolute hot horror, worst Customer Service I have had in years! Returning a rug, looking for options to wrap it. Instead of offering solutions, she just kept telling me no at every turn, and when I picked up the item I was returning to step out of the way of other customers, she told me she would not be servicing me, I was not allowed service in their store. Never a word or a tone of voice was raised, and another kind older gentleman was trying to help as well, she was just absolutely guns blazing ready to pick a fight. The other staff members I've dealt with at the store repeatedly and on numerous occasions are lovely, she is in the WRONG BUSINESS. UPS Store--Times are tough for finding good employees, but there's definitely more than one way to send a package, and with Ginger still there, I will not be darkening that doorway. A great store with really friendly employees. Easy to find and conveniently located, I needed a specialty shipping container to mail a collection of maritime and nautical maps. The UPS store had exactly what I needed, and at a rather reasonable price. Packed up the maps, but got a bit perplexed about keeping the lids (ends) secured. Since I knew I'd be using this facility to ship the maps, I brought it back within an hour or so and honestly asked for help on securing the ends. The lady that assisted me was quick to admit that it needed tape; would I like that done? And then she was fast and efficient in taking the information to get the cylinder on its way to its ultimate destination. Parking was ample and employees were extremely efficient; this made a trip in to ship a package a snap. Sweet. read more

Very disturbing experience at your store today. I came in with my usual, Amazon return I noticed at the entrance there was a tape gun, so I proceeded to use the tape gun to seal up my package. I brought the package over to a sales associate who told me that you know you'd have to pay for that ,that is not for customer use.I said I assumed that it was because in the USPS stores here in Bonita they have a tape gun for use on the desk so customers can do it themselves. Then the manager came over and verbally accused me loud and clear that I was stealing the tape , I then explain to her that I assumed once again that it was for customers because I'm used to using the tape gun in the USPS stores there was a long line I was humiliated and feel that she was totally out of line and unprofessional . She needs some serious training!!!! Furthermore, I might also add as she scanned my phone for my Amazon return. She said now that I have your information I'm going to call the cops and file a report. Inflexible and not solution oriented. I came in to have a gift wrapped picture shift. I was told that all of "this material" (referring to the giftwrapping) would have to be removed, so that some kind of shipping material could be applied to the glass. When I protested that this would negate the point of having gift wrapped it in first place, I was told that everything gets packed "to a certain standard." No alternative was offered. Obviously, I did not ship my gift with this business. If they want my business, they will need to be more creative and flexible. read more

This is the best UPS store in the area, by far. There is never a line because they are efficient, and they are so friendly! I can stop here at any hour of the day and get right in and out, which is not the case for the other stores. The other day I dropped off a bunch of packages and one was meant for USPS, instead of handing it back to me, they offered to give it to the mail man when he came! Went here to send golf clubs back with UPS account. Sales clerk, Ginger, gave confusing and contradictory information and refused to accept the drop off. When ask for clarification, she became belligerent and suggested I go elsewhere. After pressing, she finally scanned the tag and realized she was wrong and accepted the drop off. Probably the most unfriendly store I have ever been in. Went in to fax medical records and both times the sent it to my cell phone. Read the fax cover sheet people! Then the young counter girl gave me a whole bunch of attitude about the mistake and told me to go elsewhere. I asked that she just do her job correctly. You are in a service business people but the lack of training and the store's bitchy attitude has pushed me to become a customer of Staples just down the road. I usually go to this location and never had an issue until today. I was disrespected and talked down by a manager named Angela. She was very sarcastic about my issues. I got upset and requested to talk to a manager. She said she is the manager and there is nothing to talk about. She waved me goodbye and started with a new customer. I asked if other employee if there is a different person I could address her behavior and the way I was disrespected. He couldn't help me because Angela was standing next to him. The manager Ginger is the rudest person you might encounter in the state of Florida. She scolded me like an elementary school teacher when I made a simple mistake with my package label and embarrassed me in front of everyone in line. Ginger told me I'd have to go to the back of the line and wait. The line had 10 people all trying to return huge bags of things. So what sense did it make when she simply could have retrieved my package with the incorrect label that was at the top of the bin instead of digging through dozens of new returns from people who came after me in line. Such a bad judgment call and idiotic logic. Clearly she only did this to be a bully. I decided to not even bother with the mistake and just complete my last two returns. However, she demanded that her sweet male employee with the ponytail who was trying to finish helping me "stop and make her go wait in the back of the line." Truly unbelievable the power trip Ginger is on and her wretched demeanor. I'm not trying to get people in trouble but treating customers like this is so unwarranted. Don't believe me? Where to begin... first mistake mine--for going to the UPS Store on Bonita Beach Rd with my clothes and Christmas gifts for my family in TN--I came up with the brilliant idea it would be better to ship UPS instead of buying 2 checked bags on plane (real mistake)--second mistake Donna--the one with glasses she miss typing an address off my phones contact list with the wrong apartment number yes just one number off but a big mistake--third mistake mine for just checking the address and NOT the unit number when clearly the competence was in question with the UPS employee. Fourth mistake mine after I had arrived in Nashville and UPS did not calling Austin the store manager who said he checked and the package would arrive on Friday... I had him check the address and sure enough she had typed it in wrong.. Austin said he would call UPS and correct it.. Fifth mistake believing a word that came out of Austin mouth--still no package then Austin call and said the package was back at his store.. Totally a mess--I paid $48 to ship got no package had to purchase clothes, have to resend gifts.. And was told by Austin the UPS store manage this was not their fault at all, it is my responsibility to check address for me to supervise his employee ...so do not make the same mistakes I made and go to the UPS store on Bonita Beach Road. What was not a mistake taking 10 days off from work first time in years to spend Holidays with my family--even the lack of professional shipping could ruin that.. read more

I always use ups and had a bad experience a few months back and For The Busy Christmas Holiday I decided to try it again. I was very skeptical at first because of what happened previously but when I walked into the Bonita Springs Store I had nothing but wonderful service. when I first walk in I was greeted by a lovely young women with glasses I came up to the counter with a large box of presents for my nieces an nephews an four smaller boxes. The women behind the counter helped me lift the box up we conversed a little and discussed a great reasonable price. I'm very happy with the service that I got. read more

I'm actually shocked that there are bad reviews for this store, this is my go to UPS store and I'm shipping things out almost every day. Hands down the BEST customer service. Ginger and Grisiella and j can't remember the girl with blonde hair I think are their names but they are always so sweet to me and everyone in there. I have the most complicated orders sometimes but they are always smiling and kind and make me feel like it's no big deal. First time using this location, always used to use ups. I paid to have 3 pages faxed to a lawyers office, said it worked and so does the receipt. Issue is the documents never got there, as I explained to the teenager behind the counter. After arguing about how I get that the receipt says it works but they did not get it for a couple minutes he tells me I can pay again and resend the documents. I will pay someone to send them again however it will not be the same place that already charged me and failed to get the documents to their destination. Fed ex thanks you for my business. read more

Went to this UPS Store on a Wednesday with three large bags of luggage. No wait whatsoever, and both Donna and Nita were helpful, efficient, and informative. They walked me through delivery options, insurance coverage, etc. They boxed all three bags and tagged them for UPS ground delivery from Florida to NY, where they arrived on schedule three days later. The entire process took about six minutes. I couldn't be happier. read more
