You know how sometimes you interact with someone who just clearly either doesn't like their job doesn't want to be there? That was my experience with some guy with short blonde/yellowish hair. When I asked if he could accept a US mail package, his response was "sometimes" without clarification. He asked me if I wanted to receipt and I said no thank you. He then scanned the barcode and said "interesting." I waited for some clarification on if there was a problem and to clarify he would accept the package and he handed me a receipt saying he "might as well give me a receipt since I am 'still standing here for some reason'" as if I was supposed to be able to read his mind and know when everything was done. It's just not worth working a job if you're miserable there man, especially when the bar for accepting a package is pretty low from a customer service perspective. Edit- What if I'm most interesting is after posting my review looking at the other comments which all similar rude interactions with what appears to be the same employee, followed by comments from the owner or manager about how they take customer feedback seriously. If that were the case, then you wouldn't have similar situations going back over a year. I personally would rather wait a couple extra minutes in line due to short staffing (but high quality) then be served by someone like this. That said I may be in the minority as this area has a lot of impatient people who may not care and will accept the rudeness with speed over someone pleasant to interact with. read more

While visiting my in laws in Florida, we had to mail a heavy item we couldn't bring with us on the plane, back home to California. We knew we were in trouble upon entering the store when a lady was cursing while exiting the place still carrying a box she couldn't mail. Another customer muttered: "Good luck!" to us. We were helped by a young kid, facial hair, blonde hair. Once we gave him our California address he said: Why would you live in California? We were mailing something, paying, he should have taken care of that, not judging us and giving us his political opinions. I don't judge anyone based on the place they live, everyone has their reasons. But we could feel the snarky hate toward us. Sorry to give him $100 for crappy services and the worst attitude ever. My husband responded and another customer (who is from California, moved there) jumped to "defend" us. We are more sensitive to this kind of behavior since we have friends who lost homes in the fire. If my father in law who has a heart condition wouldn't have been with us, I would have given him a real piece of my mind and left the store like everyone else! Seniors live in the area, you can't treat people like this, so rude and disrespect, judging and spreading hate and annoying people who try to give you their business. But it seems like his family owns it so this entitled a...hole behaves accordingly! They don't fire him with all the complaints. So, read all the reviews on line and stay away! I had a very annoying experience with one of the employees (a blonde guy) at this location. I've sent letters through UPS before without any issues, but when I asked about doing so here, he responded in a dismissive and condescending manner, as if my question was unreasonable. He informed me it would cost $15-20 to send the letter, which was surprising since I've completed similar transactions for way cheaper at other UPS locations without difficulty. As a customer, I rely on staff to explain policies and procedures clearly. I'm not expected to know all mailing rules--that's why I turn to the "professionals" to just do their job. Lol. **** I came into this UPS Store expecting a quick, routine visit, but I ended up having a really uncomfortable experience. While in conversation with one of the workers about printing my return label and sending it to their email, another employee, a blonde young man, mumbled something to the effect that I had to go and that other customers were waiting. He said this because the lady had checked and was telling me they hadn't got my email with the label. I tried to ignore him and continued to engage with the employee who was kind and willing to continue trying to help me. The young man once again mumbles something regarding the conversation I was having. I quickly got upset and annoyed and decided not do my transaction and leave. Before I walked out I told the young gentleman that there was no reason for him to be so rude, he said he wasn't talking to me, that he was on the phone and we continued to engage in a short argument. This is the second time that I have visited this location and the same employee acts argumentative, dismissive, and simply not helpful. I do not understand why if the purpose of the employees is to help, then they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there, asking questions, and being willing to pay for a service that they offered. I will never be back to that UPS location and I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere. That young man is certainly not fit to serve or help without being unpleasant and disrespectful to paying patrons. I hope management takes customer interactions more seriously, because no one should leave a shipping store feeling frustrated and disrespected. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Refused to notarize a document because there wasn't text noting that notarization was required. This isn't required, but they had no desire to help. Incredibly slow service too. I had yet another unfortunate experience with the rude little twit whose father owns this store thus employing his otherwise unemployable 24 yr old son. I was making an Amazon return and a nice older woman was waiting on me and doing a fine job. The twit barged in and said to her, "Jesus Christ Katheryn! It's done like this!" I told him he shouldn't be rude to other employees like that and then he proceeded to be rude and obnoxious (as is his general personality) to me and another customer in the store. I've witnessed his childish behavior time and time again. I've made a formal complaint to UPS and they assured me it won't happen again. If you need to ship or return something, pass the store by and go to one with more confident and polite service. Or create a shipping label using Shipping Station or Pirate Ship, they're much less expensive anyway. read more

First time to this location and I left happy. Quick service, clean, and low wait time. 6 feet space markers were laid out. The young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I found this location. Side note: I noticed some Karens had near nervous breakdowns and leave less than stellar reviews because the young man did not have a face mask on (every other employee did). He told me he had been made aware of the reviews and the mask impairs his breathing condition and, for his health, he has been permitted to do without. Rather than a 'help wanted' sign on the door, there should be a COMPETENT HELP NEEDED sign. One would think a store branded by the courier would know the services offered more than a customer. I 'attempted' to ship a laptop to Mexico for a practitioner to use on an engagement and was completely rebuffed and told that UPS didn't ship to Mexico and although they do, I wouldn't 'want' to use their services. I work for a very large firm that uses UPS as a primary shipper, spending millions of dollars per year, and know for sure UPS ships to Mexico and that they always handle our device shipments. I recently visited this store to mail a package and I was appalled at the behavior of the sales associate, Joshua. First, he was on his phone when I walked in and continued to text as he was starting to help me. He also, and perhaps most egregiously, was not wearing a mask or any sort of face covering despite me and other customers being present in the store. Given the dire state of the pandemic, this is just completely unacceptable and puts everyone's health at risk. read more
