I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. Today when I dropped off some returns a few employees were chatting around the register and one employee was discussing how she was stuck in traffic on her way to work and it turned out to be due to one car. Another employee who was listening to her story remarked "must have been a woman". I'm not interested in providing business somewhere that so openly talks in front of customers with that kind of rhetoric, it's unprofessional. Keep your sexist remarks to yourself.

I briefly stepped over to hand my phone to my wife at the Amazon return area, then waited beside my large pile of packages. While I was waiting, another customer who wanted help packing a jersey cut in front of me. The employee looked right at me and helped that customer instead. When I spoke up and explained that the customer had cut in front of me and that I had been waiting for a while, the employee laughed and told me I "should have been in line." They have always been helpful and accommodating, even two months ago when I needed shipping peanuts, they made it affordable for purchase. Last week, my service use of the store is no longer welcome. I dropped in to pick up my usual financial shipment, which occurs as often as once a year, or every fourteen months. I was told by the new manager that "such a shipment will be refused from now on". I did not realize that FedEx without a specific membership account was now required. I wasn't given the option to start such an account; I was firmly told to never use their store service again. I felt accused of some nefarious action. I will find a new store, since its clear my business isn't desired.
