After several trips to the store and a week of silence, I finally got an email asking for details about the package contents. I responded immediately with descriptions and photos -- that was over a month ago, and I have heard nothing since. At this point, I'm out the cost of shipping, and my package and its contents are missing. The store itself is unorganized and cluttered, and when issues arise, their customer service is nonexistent. They do not follow up, communicate, or take responsibility. Strongly do not recommend.

I walked up as normal asking questions telling him I am new here. He told me that even though my package said delivered... that I needed to wait until the next day because I don't have a QR code. I was very upset, I was adamant about getting my package because it was my only day off. After talking with the mail carrie, I decided to go into the line and let people cut until I could get another employee.. SCOTT!! He helped me RIGHT away, he walked me through it without having to tell him I was new.. he simply told me to look in the mailbox for a yellow slip, and it was that simple. Got my package for work on time. I wasn't going to leave a review but I was in Phil's line today and he completely ignored me and just got my package and when the surgery popped up on the screen of how the service was.. he clicked SATISFIED for me... how bold. She's so friendly and inviting, and made sure i tested every knife i wanted to buy to make sure i liked it (which was good, because i was exchanging a knife i had bought previously that i didnt end up liking because I didn't try it out first!) They have a super fair exchange/store credit refund policy, which is return within 30 days. I just love this shop. I'll definitely be coming back before I leave town!

The first day we were greeted, filled out forms, and Kristin came to get him to bring him back to his room. He was having a hard time saying goodbye to mom, but as they walked back, I could hear Kristin asking if he liked trains. It is so nice when people are engaging and pivoting the topic instead of telling a kid they are okay and mom will be back. He had a great first day. The second day was much easier during drop off. When I picked him up, he started crying and did not want to leave. The third day Kristin came out and he RAN to hug her. As a parent, this is the best feeling in the world to see someone treat your child with so much love that they are drawn to them. It is abundantly clear that the staff members work here because they love what they do. He also had Skyler and Maggie as teacher and while I had limited interaction with them, I know our son was very happy when I asked about them. They give a detailed report of the day, even report potty breaks. The level of detail and care was top notch. Honestly, he was happier here than at his own school back home. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that they are amazing and your child will be safe and loved.

There was one instructor and one volunteer with my son during every lesson. He had about 5 lessons this past season with 3 different instructors and they were all amazing. My son loves music and everyone of them either had music playing the whole time or would sing as they went down the hill. I contacted several companies for a dumpster and this was one of two to respond. So, that is good…read more However, I called on a Tuesday and they said they should have a dumpster on Friday, no problem. Then, Friday changed to Monday, then to Tuesday, then to Wednesday. All along, I told them the dumpster had to be picked up by Friday. When they delivered the dumpster on Wednesday, I reminded them it had to be picked up on Friday. Friday comes and they have not picked it up. I called and they said, they didn't know if they could get there or not. They finally did pick it up on Friday. EVERYTHING took numerous calls and reminders.
