This UPS location has consistently exceeded my expectations! The staff in-store are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I've also used their packaging services, and they always handle my items with care, ensuring everything is securely packed. Whether it's for personal shipments or business needs, UPS has become my go-to service provider. This location has become a favorite of mine as it is on my way home from work and great for returns when I don't get to my home UPS location before they close. UPS still has lower pricing than other courier services and the USPS which I greatly prefer. read more

Called to request status and information on a UPS package being delivered to this location, via UPS. The individual that answered stated they had no capacity to track their companies own packages and the status of the package that has a UPS tracking number. Immediately after delivering that information the individual hung up without any further follow up or allowing me to ask another question. Incredibly poor customer service. read more

I am very pleased with the service I received from the UPS store. They are fast efficient and very helpful. I have utilized several of their services from having documents emailed to and from.me as well as sending and receiving packages. I also rely on them for my notarization needs. read more

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I went in to ship a laptop. First she tells me they can't ship laptops which I have shipped before from that very store. Then she calls and is on the phone with customer service for 15 minutes and they say it is fine. Shocking. Then I was going to buy a box since I didn't have the right size and home and bubble wrap, she gives me a huge box and then wants to charge me to use the tape. As I am packing the box, she tells me I didn't pack it right and that they insurance won't cover it since I didn't pack it well enough. I will never return to this store. I went to FEDEX and they couldn't have been more helpful. My husband spends a lot of money shipping from UPS in Bridgewater for work. Never again. You should all stay away as well. read more

I think that sometimes people work in the same position for so long that they forget that they still have to be nice. It seems like such a natural thing to not be a jerk; however, every once and awhile, you run across one. I observed how this gentleman interacted with other customers long before it was my turn, yet I was still surprised at how unpleasant he was. Possibly due to a severe case of overcompensation, every customer in there was super agreeable. I, personally, smiled even more every time he harshly and sarcastically answered my questions. He should realize by now that people are going to ask questions when they approach the counter. And even if he thinks it's a stupid question, he should work on not letting it show so much. Ahh well, it doesn't matter. I was very happy using the UPS on Chimney Rock Road in Bound Brook and only came to this one because I was in the area. Made an appointment online to use their notary service. Got a confirmation email and a reminder email. When I showed up, the notary was not there. The clerk told me she doesn't usually come in until later in the day. When I told her I had an appointment, she checked and found it. "I'm sorry, we missed the email." I waited to see what she was going to offer to help me ... But she said nothing. I asked if another UPS store had one available and she told me I'd need to call myself. Just dropped off a package containing a return from an online purchase. Got rudeness from first contact. I asked the clerk which packaging would be cheapest as I needed an envelope and there was a variety with no prices. He snapped "pick one that fits, whichever one you want!" I said I wanted the cheapest and I didn't see prices. He felt he needed to snap at me that I needed an envelope that would fit, even after I asked prices since none were posted. Ugh!! It just continued on and on. It was uncomfortable. Beware! This guy's like a snappy little scrappy dog biting at you with no regard for courtesy. read more
