Wish I could give this place negative stars. The owner isrude, condescending, and lacks customer service skills. It used to be just him and now it appears he's hired his family with the same horrible attitudes. I had an Amazon return which in the Amazon description said a box wasn't needed. I may have misread, however before I could even get a word in the owner and two of the clerks snickering that I was completely wrong as if I was an idiot. We were charged for 2 day and it got delivered 5 days later because it was out on the wrong truck. How do I give a negative? We would never choose to do business here but for some reason our driver will never leave packages at our house so we have to go chase them at whatever store they choose to leave them at. The employees here are RUDE. They are apathetic, snide, and completely put out because they have to help you. My package was smashed. Thank goodness it was not breakable. I don't know how business stay open employing theses young snotty things. If you don't want to deal with customers don't work in a customer facing business. Unbelievable. Too bad our driver is too lazy to leave packages at our home where they are shipped to. We HATE coming here. UPS should fold they are the worst all the way around. read more

Better off going somewhere else. Brought in a sweatshirt to return and was charged $30.00. I questioned him on the charge knowing it was out of line. I asked him if the package "dim'ed" out and he acted like he didn't understand what dimensional weight was. I went home and using the UPS shipping charge calculator, should have been charged $12.75. This is, by far, the worst parcel service available. We had a problem with a different UPS Store previously, but I had hoped that it was only that store that was the problem. Our business paid almost $80 to have one box delivered to a school with insurance. When all of the schools we shut down for Covid-19, the package was undeliverable and was returned to the store. Not only are they requiring the full price to resend the package, but our item arrived broken. They are refusing to provide us with any refund for the broken items, which were insured. They are overpriced and refuse to work with us during the pandemic. read more

Fabulous store. Kristina has helped me each time I go in. She is super friendly and always goes above and beyond. I will only go to this location because of the great service. Friendly if a bit slow. The staff seemed pleasant enough here but not overly concerned about moving customers in and out in an efficient manner. That may be partly because this is Brighton and a lot of customers were of the older persuasion and partly because a lot of the staff was of the same persuasion. They have 1 public internet terminal inside, not sure of the cost as it was tucked behind the greeting card display. They also have 1 sad kiddie table tucked near the rear of the room. Notary service is available here and they have several copiers along with the usual mailboxes for rent and shipping and office supplies. In any case, they get the job done and they are a bit closer than the Thornton store. Odd location in the King Soopers mega center - more off towards the Sable Blvd side of the plaza near Blockbuster and a no-name generic Insurance agency. Parking here is sub-optimal but not horrible. Be sure to use your AAA discounts on shipping fees and supplies here. A solid 3 experience here. A-OK describes this place to a "T". (Listed in Reunion Relishments because it is probably the closest UPS store at the moment to Reunion.) read more

This location is closest to my home. I am a faithful Amazon customer and always have something to return. Suresh is very difficult to understand and needs to improve his customer service skills as well as his English. I returned a package to him and it took over a month for Amazon to receive the return. I went back trying to ask him to track the package and he told me to call Amazon and that there was nothing he could do. I phoned hoping to get someone else to help and unfortunately I got him and he wasn't willing to help track the package and hung up on me. I do not recommend this location do to the horrible customer service skills! read more

Terrible customer service - online orders aren't checked regularly and go unnoticed. When you call the store, they blame it on the "system being down," (this has happened to me twice (for both jobs I've sent there, two years apart). No apology, no attempt at service recovery, no response to multiple emailed complaints... Take my advice, you'll have better luck copying your own documents using craft paper and crayons. read more

Have used this store for years, but it has changed management in the last couple of years and its no longer the friendly, efficient store it was. They are running through employees quite often and the regular clients are no longer recognized. Today I went in to pick up my son's mail at his request, which I have been doing for 3 years now, and a new employee accused me of sitting too long in the parking lot, making me look "suspicious", demanded ID, refused to get an employee that knew me. Instead, I brought my son back to the store and even with him there, asking this guy to put me on his mailbox pickup, he still demanded to copy my drivers license, my car registration, my car insurance papers. I've never been treated so rudely. My car insurance? My son was right there! Why didn't they have him sign some kind of permission? Besides, I have my son's legal power of attorney to pay bills, manage his financial affairs, etc. It was like this man was accusing me of trying to commit a crime. I never want to go back here again. I'll stand in line at the post office. read more

The lady was very nice and helpful. When I couldn't find the printer (the one I was using) she helped me. She didn't argue and she was very fast and efficient. She had a helper (a guy) but he was just standing there doing nothing. It didn't matter because apparently she was working for two. The computer worked pretty well. Which was good. It is 12-19-2016 and the store manager tells me that my 4 business packages to Denver will not be delivered until mid next week after Christmas (he thought they were Christmas gifts) and I should upgrade to overnight or 2 day. Everyone knows that local deliveries are 1-2 days with regular USP ground. I check my tracking numbers and YUP all the packages will be delivered on 12-20-2016! It is too bad this UPS store is resorting to lying in order to increase sales and revenue. From now on, I will be driving to the MAIN UPS HUB in Commerce City to drop off packages. read more

I had homemade gifts to be delivered to Alaska. I went to this store 12/12/15 - i knew it would cost a bit. Its Alaska for Pete's sake. Each package (3 total) were $46-49 a piece to ship. I was a little sticker shocked considering they were just little lapghans. She also told me the post office wont be much cheaper and that they would arrive by Tues 12/15. With a heavy sigh i paid for it and left. Now it is 12/18/15 I look up the tracking numbers and find the packages are sitting in Ca. They weren't even shipped out of Co until Mon 12/14!!!! they are not schedule to arrive until 12/22. Now with that being said. I shipped the same type of package to TX on Mon, it arrived Thurs and the cashier told me it would only cost me 30/ea to ship the others to Alaska. Shame on you UPS store. read more
