I absolutely love this store, no complaints. I came here today with a lot of questions, it's two days after Christmas, and this place is packed with customers. There was only one young lady working the register and when I tell you, she was working, she moved that line quickly. She advised me which box to use to gain the most safety for my parcel, put the box together, and remained professional. She worked the room. I commuted from Bedford Stuyvesant to this retail location and passed about three local competitive parcel places on my way here. Why? I know here I receive intentional customer service. Packages I mailed from here arrived at their destination.....safely, timely, and undamaged. Prices are reasonable. That's all I need. Great location Downtown Brooklyn. read more

VERY disappointed in UPS. Sent a perishable item to Florida three days ago and was GUARANTEED delivery today. Now they are saying that it is delayed one business day and since Monday is a holiday, it will not arrive until Tuesday! That is one week later and it is not refrigerated so, even though it is marked perishable and was packed with ice packs, it may not be good. I called and spoke with Israel who told me to speak with the location directly. Tried calling the location but no one answered. It was close to $80 to send ($208 for overnight!) and now it will not even arrive when told it would and may have been destroyed in the process. What other carriers are nearby? Need to find another way to ship my stuff. Very disappointed. Only reason giving two stars instead of one is because the staff is always friendly :( UPDATE: Upon receiving the reply, I sent an email to the given address. The response was "Thank you for reaching out to your local The UPS Store® location. Your message is important to us and we will reply as soon as possible. I almost never leave reviews. But my god, soo slow. I had to drop off a package and waited for an hour. They are so poorly managed. Isn't there system. People started to leave because of their slowness. Seriously only place, I waited this long was the DMV. read more

I was so thankful when this UPS store opened a short walk from my apartment. I finally have a place to bring my rent the runway returns! The store is small, but has all the typical things you'd expect from UPS, including a computer and a printer. You can also print out shipping labels if needed. I've never had to wait longer than 3minutes here (I've endured painfully long waits at other locations), and all the employees have always been welcoming and helpful. Zero complaints and zero hesitation that I'll be back! read more

Go there on the weekends. It is a little slow but that is because of the staffing choices they make. Michael, the guy that mans the store on the weekend, is fantastic and works as fast as possible. Horrible service. The guy behind the counter was nasty to me and treated me with no respect. I was mailing back Amazon Prime items and showed him the return bars in my phone so he could print a label. He was impatient and printed the labels and smacked them on the package not caring to make sure the former label was covered. Won't be going back here again. I have use this location many time. Responsible people working at location. FAST, quick and professional staff. During covid only allow 2 people in at a time. They wear their mask aslo. NO MASK NO SERVICE.. No place to park for the store. They have everything you need to ship and pack package and they also can do it for you. GREAT PLACE. read more

Stopped in to send out a return, and even though the store was busy, the associate quickly helped me to find the most cost effective way to send my package. He was able to multitask to get everyone helped more quickly and did it with a smile on his face. One of the best postal experiences I've had! read more

I very rarely leave reviews. My experience here was one of the worst I've ever encountered. I was mailing an extremely important piece of mail (related to a job application). After saying she couldn't fit the address onto the space provided, the woman who was working refused to help me. She literally said "next" and pushed me away. I went to the computer to enter the address myself; I used the UPS suggested address. My package never made it. A few days later the tracking said it was returned as undeliverable. To make matters even worse, instead of returning to me at the address I provided on the label, it returned to my old address (which apparently was still in my ups profile?) cherry on top, when I finally got the package back it was soaking wet AND ups is now trying to charge me extra for the return delivery. Completely outrageous. I will never be using this store or UPS again. I would HIGHLY caution against using this store - go to fedex near borough hall instead. read more

DON'T SHIP FROM HERE. I wish I could give this store no stars. Second time I've been here and received terrible customer service. Today I attempted to ship a gift. I was told they don't carry UPS boxes because they are not UPS, rather they are a franchise. I genuinely don't understand how you could represent UPS as the UPS Store and not carry UPS supplies. The rep then attempted to fit my gift into a box that was too small ripping the paper. When I got upset, he said "I'm sorry but it would've ripped anyway in transit." Speechless. It wouldn't have ripped if you had the proper supplies. Lastly, because they don't carry UPS boxes, you have to purchase brown boxes. Needless to say, I left and went to Fed Ex on Court Street where I will ship from moving forward despite it being further away. DO BETTER. read more

Unlike many people, the employees of this store don't think it's important to be at work on time. There were eight people waiting for this store to open (five have already left!). If I had known that your opening time was merely aspirational, I would certainly have gone elsewhere. I'm concluding this means you have no interest in my business. Get your act together. read more
