Not bad, not great, this FedEx recently added Sunday hours for services. This is convenient when you just can't make it after work during the week. I've been coming here for a while including last week (after work) waiting on a long line since there was one staff member assisting customers. After some time, another employee came to assist. Annoying and inconvenient. If you need to ship a package or need other services, this will serve the purpose. It just won't always be satisfactory. read more

I had a great experience here. I live in Park Slope where there are no FedEx stores. We only have UPS, USPS, and stores with FedEx drop off locations where you cannot get a confirmation receipt and they don't ship on weekends. This location was fast, efficient , polite staff, and they printed my return label for free. UPS I always have to pay when printing a label. They ship throughout the day, night, and weekends. It's worth hoping 5 minutes on the subway to come here. read more

Awful. I had a business trip to go to and needed same day business cards on a Saturday. I put in an order online and went to pick them up in the afternoon. I arrived at 5:15 PM on Saturday (they close at 6 PM) to find the doors locked but one last customer in the store and two employees. They saw me trying to open the door multiple times and just stood there. When they were done with the customer, they walked him to the side door so I wouldn't be able to get in (I was at the front door). I ran to the side door and they slammed the door in my face. After I wouldn't stop knocking, they finally let me in to pick up my cards (which I had already paid for). I asked them why they had the doors locked and they said it was after 6 PM and they were closed. It was CLEARLY 5:15 and they don't close until 6. I told them it was 5:15 and showed them the time on my phone, and they totally ignored me and didn't say a word. I guess they wanted to close up shop early on a Saturday? Anyways, won't be coming again, they can try to gaslight someone else. read more

I just had very bad experience by fedex guy he came in my building around 1030 am today for dropping item and bring wrong package to me . I complain about it and I close door for building . then He ( he told me he is manager at fedex ) call me "FUCKING CHINESE MOTHER FUCKER DAMN ASS" and I complain that that is discrimination even Im not chinese .but I don't wanna hear anything like that discriminating Asian people( or any discrimination !) especially from FEDEX GUY and after that I brought my phone and started filming video about him complaining . I have very low expectations when it comes to FedEx. This location is about a year old, and it has exceeded most of them thanks to Alex, the manager. She knows her biz. Along with the automated machine across from the desk, she can take care of pretty much all of my shipping needs. On top of that, she's a pleasant human being, which is always nice. Also, it's clear that it's not just because of my inescapable charm and astonishing good looks; she's capable and pleasant to EVERYONE. As I waited for her to bubble-wrap something for shipment, another customer who was working on a far more involved project offered to go get Alex some coffee at Absolute down the block because she had been so helpful. I don't know if you've been to some of the FedEx locations in Manhattan, but the incompetent, obnoxious employees there inspire nothing but loathing, and I'm almost certain they have never deserved a free coffee. read more

She was on the phone the whole time trying to help the only other customer in there fix her problematic order, and that person also looked miserable. This place is... ok. It's always crowded and the line moves slowly, but they'll ship your packages and if you're lugging around heavy stuff and just want to ship it, this place will do. The employees here seem too busy to upsell you, which is a plus (I've had this happen to me at other FedEx stores, where they'll suggest putting my box into a larger FexEx box, which lets them sell me a box and also increases the cost of shipping). It's a bad sign when you have to put "they don't scam you" as one of the positives, but here we are. read more

Sometimes, you just need a place where you can get your printing and faxing done in a pinch. I thought this FedEx location was great for what I needed, and I appreciated that the shop was clean and well-organized. While there were not a lot of computers present in the shop, I imagine that most people are only using the computers for a limited amount of time to either surf the internet, print documents, or get something scanned. When I went in, there was no wait, and I was able to access and print my documents pretty quickly. They also offer faxing, and my only regret is that I did not sit down and calculate how much it would cost to fax my documents vs. scanning and sending them as an email attachment. I would definitely recommend only using their fax if you are sending over a small batch of documents; otherwise, you might end up paying more than you need. I did appreciate the friendly staff member who was able to multitask between different customers without making me feel forgotten. read more

This fed ex is the best that brooklyn has to offer hands down. We all know that sometimes brooklyn can give us terrible customer service but this place gives amazing customer service. All of the associates are amazing especially the one that helped me her name was Chanel. Hands down the most Patient, friendly and knowledgeable associate ever. I had a slew of questions and didn't know a lot but she helped me without zero issues. No matter how long it took she was there and very helpful. While its great that you can reroute your FedEx shipped packages I find their stores/pickup locations in Brooklyn to be less than fantastic. Like not even close to fantastic.. And then I stepped into the location on Atlantic and was shocked to find that it did not smell, was not dark and dingy, and actually had a staff that gave a damn. It was quite refreshing actually. FedEx at Atlantic & Smith is a clean updated store and had no line at all around 7pm last night. Staff was friendly and was able to pull my package from the back room quickly. The lack of customers may have had something to do w/ the fact that this location isn't exactly close to the subway (the 2/3/4/5/F are all within 4 or so blocks) so there aren't dozens of people rushing in to make copies and ship packages. If you don't mind a short walk - select this location to do your packing/printing needs - it's the closest you'll get to fantastic FedEx's. read more

This location is expeditiously efficient, it's not a full service location like Court Street, however there are two computers, a lap top station, a full self service copier and excellent customer service. This store is conveniently located Downtown Brooklyn within walking distance of the courts, MTA transportation, and Sephora, (yall know I'm a regular at Sephora). When I walked through the door the sales associate was smiling seriously she was smiling, she welcomed me to the store ...she chimed "good morning"..seriously. She was courteous and knowledgeable about my shipping and packing needs and laminated some materials for an audit for our funders, all of which seemed completed effortlessly. I was in and out in 15 minutes, 15 minutes that NEVER happens at the Court Street location. I'm sold on this location and FedEx Kinkos. I do not live in the area but will visit this location again because of the deep appreciation for outstanding customer service. 5 stars yasssss! read more

They have so many people working yet move so damn slow. I asked for something simple, the total cost to ship my item and a box and Chantel (I think was her name) kept saying "you need bubble wrap we can't ship this like this. You need bubble wrap" And I'm like " No I don't. You don't even know how I'm packing it just give me the rate of what I'M asking for" like do your job. Like this girl did NOT SHUT UP ABOUT THE BUBBLE WRAP! She continue to challenge me on what I'm asking for throughout my whole time there. Like I'm just looking for a damn rate. You care so much about my bubble wrap then buy it and bubble it up. Insisting I get bubble wrap when I don't want bubble wrap. It was really annoying to deal with. It's not hard to shut your mouth and do what the customer is asking you to do. Also the store manager was just sitting there clearly seeing me standing waiting to be assisted. The person she was assisting said her goodbyes and walked off and she's just still standing there so I asked "are you available" after our 4th time of making eye contact. She's gonna respond "I'm helping a customer" who? The customer that said bye and walked off!? One thing I can't stand is horrible customer service. I don't usually review but here we are. Pretty useless location. The print machines are down just like the ice cream machine at McDonald's. Staff is useless as well. Attempted to ask for advice for another location that could print and there was no response. Ladies, since it's clear that you're not into customer service, here's a little advice: answer the phone so you don't have to tell people all the machines are down after those people traveled 45 minutes to get to the location. The coffee shop down the street had more information than every single employee at this fed ex location combined. If y'all run into the same problem, just head down to Minuteman Press. I'm breaking my 2-year long Yelp hiatus to leave a glowing review for this FedEx location. I had to get two-sided programs printed last minute. I started to fill out an order online and then had a moment of panic that the document I was uploading would get printed upside down (can't have that!). I called, and the man I spoke to was so helpful about my alignment question, gave me reassurance of the card stock (not too thick to fold in half, but thick enough to not feel cheap), and it was ready for pickup in about 3 hours! When I picked up, I also learned that they will even fold your prints for you, if you specify that in your order. I didn't see this option so it was too late for me, but maybe it will save one of you from an hour of folding pages in half. AND my programs look perfect! read more

Fantastic experience - can't believe I'm saying that about a fed ex office. Alex (the young woman working there) helped me when I was really frantic and desperate - I was sending a large, complicated multi piece shipment overseas and the fedex phone support was totally unhelpful. In real desperation, I ran to this office for help, last mintue just before closing. Alex sat with me and we started at the beginning and entered the shipment over - it took a long time, the office closed, I was the only customer there, and she was due to leave for vacation the next day, but she hung in with me and filled out all the paperwork, printed all the labels I needed, and she explained exactly what to do. Because of glitches in the online system, we had to reenter the information several times. She was infinitely patient, and cracking jokes the whole time. She could have said 'I'm closed, please get the hell out' but she didn't. I literally would not have had my shipment ready if it had not been for her - I could not be happier or more grateful. read more

I usually hate going to FedEx because they are usually inefficiently run and understaffed. I have lost hours off my life at Fedex locations around this country! But this location is my go to! Always efficient and they process customers quickly and are pleasant. I usually send in my order ahead of time, they call me if there are any issues or questions with my order and then, wait for it... when I go to pick it up, the order is ready and correct!! Went here shortly before closing to print out my resume as I don't own a printer at home. I tried using the app to upload and print my resume out at the store for pickup but didn't realize until after paying online that the print outs wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. The lady at the counter was so sweet! She told me to send the docs to the printandgo email address and she would print them for me. She also put them on resume paper and put them between two pieces of cardboard and in a bag since it was raining out to keep them safe. read more
