I had the misfortune to have to go through Florida probate. Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!

The process of printing from your email off your cell phone takes about 5 minutes or less, but I didn't know what I was doing, of course! There was a lady with brunette hair that works there who was hovering near me and she very nicely asked me if I needed some help? I realized the time and was like, Do I need to leave since you close at 7 pm? And she was like, No, you already started and I can help you get this rolling! That was so cool. I said, Of course, I need help and let's get going. She helped me through the whole process and my 13 prints came out perfectly in no time. She even closed it out for me and walked me to the door. She said, Have a good night! And, I said, You, too! :) What an awesome place. I didn't get her name, but she knows who she is and I Thank You, Ma'am, for being such an Awesome person for helping me complete my job! Week One - I was told it would be a week's wait for the battery. Week Two - I got a call saying the parts were in. Dropped off my iPad and was told a 24 hour turnaround. Week Three - I called, hearing nothing. The place across the street now tells me all the parts were NOT in... Week Three plus a day - My iPad was returned with UNREPAIRED. I was told the battery was fine, and it must be a "motherboard problem." Oh yeah - when I picked up my iPad, it seems the place across the street gave me a few bonus white pixels in my screen when they reinstalled the battery improperly. THEN I WISED UP AND TOOK MY IPAD TO BATTERIES PLUS Week One - Had to wait for the battery to come in. Week One plus a day - Batteries Plus installed my new battery, FIXED the white pixel problem with my screen. It seems the place across the street kinked some of the battery wires during their attempt to fix the iPad, causing pressure on the back side of the screen. In summary - Batteries Plus fixed my iPad when they said they would. Batteries Plus kept me posted every step of the way.
