They do have a cat in the store, which I don't mind, but just in case you're allergic. Some of the prices are a little more than like UPS or Office Depot, but worth it if it's more convenient than going to the post office. The woman did actively try to help when things weren't going right with faxing some documents. She seemed like a hard worker but had some complications and issues getting things done quickly, she seemed just seemed a little overwhelmed. I would come here again if it were for something small and I didn't want to drive further to get it done. Definitely a great place to ship out boxes and packages, they have a lot of options for sizes, flat rates and etc.

The process of printing from your email off your cell phone takes about 5 minutes or less, but I didn't know what I was doing, of course! There was a lady with brunette hair that works there who was hovering near me and she very nicely asked me if I needed some help? I realized the time and was like, Do I need to leave since you close at 7 pm? And she was like, No, you already started and I can help you get this rolling! That was so cool. I said, Of course, I need help and let's get going. She helped me through the whole process and my 13 prints came out perfectly in no time. She even closed it out for me and walked me to the door. She said, Have a good night! And, I said, You, too! :) What an awesome place. I didn't get her name, but she knows who she is and I Thank You, Ma'am, for being such an Awesome person for helping me complete my job! Fortunately I found kris, the owner of Bubble's Wrap and Send. I called her and presented my challenge of packing, shipping and wanting to track my shipment till it arrived in Australia. Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. And, her quote came in over $20-$40 less expensively than competitors. Thanks Kris, and continued success! Now I'm waiting for my daughters reaction when she opens her Christmas gifts.
