Denise was very helpful, assisting in using the printer, while also helping multiple other customers at the same time.

They are so friendly and helpful! Always a pleasure to go there. I much prefer UPS vs USPS!

Everything went smoothly when I shipped 13 boxes of books on a Friday afternoon. Aon was helpful, patient and quick. Thank you!

Finally, a UPS store in my old stomping ground of Upper Darby. Previously I would have to either…read moredrive over to Wynnwood or Havertown to drop off packages but noooo more! I dropped off a package, got a receipt, and was out and about just like that. As the first review here I'm giving it 5 stars cause of the location and the quick service I just received. Only time will tell to see how this location does.

Employee #1 reluctant to provide rental agreement insists that it can only be provided when I sign up. I asked how I will know I want to setup a mailbox without reviewing the terms and conditions of the rental agreement first. Employee number #2 (Benjamin) instructs Employee #1 to create a dummy account in order for system to generate the rental agreement for me to review. Red Flag #1 - Hurdles to providing rental agreement for a customer to review. 2. Upon reviewing the rental agreement, I ask clarification about item #15 on the rental agreement which appear in all CAPS which states: a. "15. CUSTOMER HEREIN AGREES THAT THE TOTAL AMONT OF LIABILITY OF THE CENTER AND TUPSS, IF ANY, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR PERFORMANCE HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM. (INITIAL:___)" b. I asked a hypothetical question. If I were to buy a Apple Macbook valued at $3,000 have it mailed to the UPS Store. If I come to pick it up after being notified I have a package, and the store is not able to locate the laptop that was delivered to them. Will I be reimbursed for the cost of the laptop the UPS Store can't locate or went missing? i. Employee # 2 (Benjamin): Yes, we will reimburse for the laptop. ii. Me: But item #15 in your rental agreement says your liability is limited to just $100. What you are saying is at odds with your rental agreement. Are you going waive part 15 of Rental Agreement? iii. Benjamin: No I am not. Red Flag #2: Rental agreement at odds with what the UPS Store employee tells you. Employee #1: Approaches me. I hand him the rental agreement he had just given me and point to item #15 in rental agreement. He reads it and says that part is in error. Me: So are you going to follow up and fix the error? Benjamin: No we are not going to fix it. You have to call to fix it. Me: It is your contract. If it is error you need to fix in YOUR contract. It is not the customer's responsibility to fix your contract error. I ask for the rental agreement back from Employee #1. Employee #1 refuses to return the rental agreement, crumples it and tosses into the trash angrily. Benjamin looks on approvingly without saying a word at Employee #1's unprofessional behavior. Red Flag #3: Employee #1 and Benjamin refuses to let me keep a copy of the rental agreement. Wonder why? One of the reasons people get a mailbox is to know their mail and packages are kept safe and secure. In fact, you would be spending hundreds of dollars per year for even the smallest box but the UPS Store's liability in total is just $100 no matter what. Clause #15 and overall rudeness of the employees leaves for a bad experience. I would give negative stars if that was possible. BTW: I was able to get a copy of the agreement from another source even though Employee #1 refused to return the hard copy document I gave him to review section #15. Image attached of section #15 of rental agreement.

The Bryn Mawr post office is an interesting place for the following reasons:…read more 1. The double and triple parking people will do to avoid parking at a meter; 2. The lack of air conditioning in the summer time (brutal for customers but the poor staff...); 3. The lineups. Wow. This place is NEVER not packed like sardines. There is usually 1 or 2 employees servicing someone and mind you it takes time to print out labels and all that postal jazz. However, people are busy and give attitude to the staff. There are some really lovely people who work here and really know their stuff like Sue! I would hope there would be more patience but alas; 4. As stated in #3, the lineups are long and chaotic due mostly to there not being good signs about where to line up for the post services and for the passport services. So what happens is a gathering of humans looking annoyed and confused; 5. Please note: they accept pre-paid packages dropoffs at the front counter near the windows of the staff. Yes, you can just skip the line to drop off your packages if you used a site like Stamps.com to get a label. No need for people to make a fuss about it since no one is cutting anyone in line.

He tried numerous times to get the machine to accept my prints but no luck. He told me that I would have to have them taken manually at another location. Even though a line was forming behind me, Larry kept his cool. He was kind, polite and helpful. I only give four stars because the equipment didn't work. But the office was clean and I felt positive vibes. THANK YOU LARRY!
