Best Customer I've received in a UPS in a long long time. Chris is Awesome! I wanted to send some items home, but after paying for the box and packing the box I realized that the cost of what I was sending wasn't worth the price it would be to send the items back home I had to abort the entire thing. 106.00 to send home a total value of items amounting to 70.00, would be a loss. Just stopped here on our way out of town to mail some items home that wouldn't fit in our suitcase and one little kiddie gift that if I did't send directly now would still be at my house 6 months from now. Henry was a rockstar-- quickly organizing our shopping bags, getting our box size measured, identifying our fragile items and squishy items and getting us all checked out so we could get on the road. Henry gave us all our options and helped save us a little money at the same time -- it was much more cost effective than buying and checking an extra bag! This review isn't necessarily for this specific store but for UPS in general. I have been waiting 9 days for a package to be delivered. Every day, I receive an e-mail that my package has been delayed and a new delivery day appears. I check the tracking number and am shown a STOPATION error which is the cause of the delay. Essentially the package went to the wrong place. I finally found out that my package is about 45-60 min away from my home. Who knows how long it has been there? It is at one of the Burlington, VT locations. Really odd as we have a UPS shipping office in Berlin, VT. I call and talk with an agent who can give me know more information than what I see on the computer except she finally told me it was in Burlington when I pressed to know where it was now. She had no delivery date but a few minutes later, I received yet another e-mail to say it would be delivered tomorrow. Time will tell. Let's face it, the once fantastic United Parcel Service has become the USELESS Parcel Service. I guess they are in competition with the United States Postal Service---also useless; I guess that's what happened when UPS started letting the USPS deliver their packages too. Seriously, these two services have one job----DELIVER OUR MAIL! read more

I went here today to get an infant passport photo. Yes, the passport photos are pricey ($15) compared to AAA or CostCo (about $7). However, we had just been turned away by the FedEx Store down the street because they "couldn't take infant passport photos." I won't go into how the person at FedEx was wrong and clearly didn't want to help us. I will say that when we got in to UPS, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They knew exactly how to take the infant passport photo and our daughter was very comfortable with them. We were in and out in 15 minutes. read more

The staff at this location are extremely rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. They tried to close the doors 10 minutes early, and then lied to me about the delivery driver leaving, causing my package not to be delivered on time. read more

This UPS Store in Burlington on S. Winooski Avenue is one of the BEST I have ever been to. Jason, the manager, and the whole staff is AMAZING! They are always courteous, speedy when assisting me and my daughter, and knowledgeable with the current prices and what's going on with the mail. I have had my mailbox for a while there and wouldn't want it anywhere else. They are exceptional and are quick to assist me whenever I need to use the computers there. I love the UPS Stores because of this staff and wouldn't move my box anywhere while I am in Vermont. read more

Really the best place to have copies made in Burlington and surrounding areas. The staff are really helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive and the prices are reasonable. I had posters and pamphlets made for years and they always handled large and small jobs with great efficiency and good cheer. read more
