I use this location often to return items to Amazon as well as pickup. Major issue for two returns brought there. My wife dropped off two returns and only one was scanned TWICE, while the other package was never scanned and showed never dropped off. One of my items still showed "awaiting drop-off" on my amazon account and when I looked at the two receipts she had from this store, they were both for the same package, not for -both- packages left there. I went back to the store with the duplicate receipts plus the shipping label that was also attached to the unscanned box they had in their possession. It was major fight to get them to look for the package they missed scanning and they wanted me to assume it would be scanned somewhere along the way, but, at over $50 for the refund of this item, I wasn't going to gamble nor assume that. So I stood my ground and demanded they find it and scan it to give me a receipt and proof it was dropped off. It took the guy less than 30 seconds to find it. They scanned it and gave me a receipt. 5 minutes later, Amazon issued me an update it was dropped off and gave me a prompt refund as well. This wasn't my fault at all, yet, I felt I had to fight and stand my ground just to get them to fix their error. NOT the treatment I would expect from a UPS store and the 3 star rating here is perhaps a star better then deserved. The moral of the story is, ....be sure to check your receipt carefully BEFORE leaving this store and be certain you have a receipt and proof of everything you dropped off there. If they mess up, at least you are right there to catch it immediately. I'll avoid this store for now and use another pickup/drop-off location! read more

We own a small business and drop our packages off weekly. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is we used to buy packing peanuts there and since new ownership they no longer carry them. I have to pay over $90 for shipping and handling to have 4 bags shipped to me. read more

I have had very good luck at this UPS store. The staff is tremendously helpful and friendly. One time they were overloaded with customers and only one person working. I was impressed with how she kept her cool and did a good job as the line got longer. At that point the second staff member arrived full of positive energy and things moved smoothly after that. Having at least 2 people on is key. They deserve a pat on the back for doing so well during the Christmas rush. read more

Well I had to send something out today...I went here. I gotta say I left happy! Now I wasn't sure what to expect here when I first walked in. Any how it was 12:30 during mu lunch time. So I had a limited amount of time to get this done. I was at work. So I walk in to find the place with 2-3 people here. I was greeting by one of their employees. Asking how they may help and they just LISTENED. It was great! I had a frame I wanted sent out and they did just that. They kept it simple and easy. I had them pack it with me there. It didn't take them that long to pack it. Now I hate packing...So Id rather make them do it. Plus if it brakes I could blame them! So its win win for me! Also wanna add if its under $100 item they will cover for free with no fee in-case its lost or damaged. I was out of there in no time! Now when you being them something to pack for you...Be ready to pay for it! It cost me $25 to ship something a few pounds. Now that does include them boxing it for me and making sure its packed right. Plus the cost of 3-5 day ground shipping. So over all its not that bad. I do however think it will get there with no damage by letting them do it. So the price didn't really bother me. Over all it was great. They are fast, friendly and pack fragile items very well! They are a good option if you dont wanna deal with packing your own stuff. Let them. Plus its their business and they seem to do it well! Said they were open to 3 pm but were closed at 2:15 pm. After driving over there and walking to the store it was closed. Waste of time.

I'd give it a much better rating if the employee Katherine was remotely friendly or kind. Every time I'm in there and she waits on me she's consistently rude, unfriendly and seems annoyed by all customers. My recommendation to her would be to talk to customers, pretend you like your job and smile once in a while!!! read more

What I just experienced at this location as a UPS employee myself a person that is representing the brand was so extremely disappointing and appalling from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I walked out the door the gentleman behind the counter was complaining about The work that he was having to do for the customer that was in front of him complaining about every single part of his job to that couple and then continue to do it as I stepped up to the counter I have never been so embarrassed as a person that represents the shield then I was walking into that UPS store the public should never ever see stress or any form of your emotion when you're working in customer service I suggested to the man behind the counter that he Should probably find a new job read more

I'm not in here often but the few times I've had to use their services I've usually got great help. Packing and shipping is a science here. They tend to know what will need extra packing material and what you can expect for shipping costs. I've never felt like they had no clue what to do with shipping. The last time I stopped in I just needed a fax. I picked a busy week (the week before Christmas) so there was a bit of a wait but they seemed to manage the workload efficiently and with a friendly, helpful attitude. I hadn't been in the UPS store in awhile and I had not sent a package to this particular friend in a few years. So when I was told that my DVD going 40 miles would cost $17.00 I exclaimed, "Yikes, that's a lot." After three people suggested that I use the USPS, and after I informed three times that the USPS did not deliver to this address, they began to prepare the mailing label. I again stated pleasantly and conversationally that I was surprised it cost so much to send something 40 miles. "Why don't you drive it there yourself then?" stated Katie the sales clerk.
