They couldn't find my package that was requested to be returned to sender (me). Was told by the head office I would be notified when my package returned to Cambridge. Cambridge never did that. Called the store and was told my package had arrived 5 days earlier. Went to the store and they argued with me that they didn't have it. They also served customers behind me instead of continuing to help me ( just like when I came the first time). I finally pointed to a bin and said my letter is probably in there. 3 people looked, couldn't find it, brought a handfull of letter packages, said it wasn't there. I spotted my name on the package and finally got it. I told them I would never use their serves again.

I have started using Purolator for my shipping, it has been easy to drop off. Purolator generally…read morehas an expensive charge with the integrated pick up which can be arranged in advance with notice, but to ensure the delivery is made next day, simply dropping off before the shipping cut off can make it possible for next day delivery. This location is by the Freida and Starbucks. It's a dangerous location to access, being very frank. It seems to only be safe for access when travelling west, it's pretty difficult to enter travelling from the east end of Pinebush simply because it's located right next to a round about. No reason to blame the round about, but if it was traffic lights then it may be easier to access. The parking lot is usually 70% full in the early afternoon and with the Starbucks drive thru there are regular cars entering in and passing through so be carefully. Because there is a parking lot smack in front of the Purolator, getting out of the east end of the parking lot has some inherent blind spots from the drive up entrance next to the round about and patrons do drive in confidently and fast if they're going into the Starbucks parking lot. Exiting may be safer from the west end of the parking lot to the residential lane, but be careful of exiting drive thru patrons who may or may not adhere to the stop sign. Overall the Purolator has been easy to go to, I quite like that I can drop off and know they will scan it. I have had struggles with their competitor FedEx that refrain from scanning it and when it's past pick up time, they simply don't pass the package on to the truck driver because it was scanned after cut off- so I often have to watch and make sure they scan at FedEx. At Purolator, no problems. The location minimally stocks their ship ware, that's free to take and upcharged when used. They really could stock more.

I've been stopping in at this location regularly to drop of Fedex packages for pick up. Parking can be a bit muddy and its just an easy turn off industrial. Be mindful that Fedex pick ups occur every day of the week except Thursday.
