I can't live w/o these guys. Paying for a mailbox here is the only reliable way I can receive packages. I have all sorts of stuff delivered via Amazon- super convenient since I don't own a car and I live nearby. The vibe is positive, these are sincerely nice people who attempt to anticipate needs (if they aren't crushed by a sudden influx of customers). I especially appreciate being able to cut open the occasional GIANT Amazon box right there in the store so I can take the significantly smaller item inside home with ease. read more

Worst UPS Store I've ever been to. I actually go out of my way to try to avoid this place. The people who work there are always unpleasant and never helpful. I dropped off items on a Saturday, while I was there the UPS truck arrived. My package was labeled at home and ready to go. It didn't go out and sat there all weekend. I should have handed it directly to the driver. When I called on Monday to ask why tracking said it was still at the store, they couldn't even tell me if it was in the store or not. Not exactly what you want to hear the week before Christmas. This is not the first time things have happened like this at this store. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. read more

Needed to find a place by me to print 25 laminated signs for an event. From my suburban print shop, I'm used to emailing in a list of signs I need and getting a friendly call when they are ready to pick up. This UPS Store told me I needed to bring in my flash drive, log into the computer, lay out and print my own signs then they would laminate. I learned this after asking a million questions because they were extremely unhelpful and rude. I came back in to find out that I could log into my email while there and print my own signs. They finally were able to laminate, but wouldn't give me a price until I came to pick them up. Final product, flimsy crap for too much money. I had even brought in an exact example of the final product I wanted and they wouldn't help me at all. Not a good place for a small business to take their business. I will definitely not be coming back. read more

I've been in the place three times now. Each time I've waited in line for at least 10 minutes just to print a couple 8.5x11" sheets of paper. This most recent time might have been my last... I was printing a B&W job on normal paper, and the files on my flashdrive were named "label1" and "label2." The guy helping me said "we charge $3 to print labels" and wouldn't tell me why, other than it being "policy." I explained to him that I've been in before to print pages full of ink for $0.15/sheet and wanted to know why this was different... the paper and ink were exactly the same... Needless to say, I left without printing. Instead, I headed down the street to the FoodSmart USPO and they were nice enough to print my two sheets for free before stamping and shipping. I wasn't even planning on shipping at the UPS, I just wanted the paper printed so that I could head over to the PO and ship my envelope. Yup. read more

I dropped off an envelope for over night delivery the store sat on it for 2 days when they finally decided to ship it, then it took another 2 days for the package to arrive. It was time sensitive material and a check for 10k, which had to get to my mortgage lender. Because it did not arrive on time the lender filed a foreclosure proceeding in court. UPS admitted its mistake and wrote a letter for me to the lender but in the end I still had a court case because UPS did not ship as it had promised. I now only use FedEx for time sensitive materials. read more

I can't say enough about the customer service at this store. I get packages from Amazon re-routed here through UPS MyChoice about 5 times a month and the second I walk in the door they recognize me, run to the back, grab my packages and hand them over with a smile and "Here you go buddy" or (Mr. V in the house!.. on occasion). I don't even have to say a word...not my name, not a package ID, nothing. This is the epitome of customer service. I've had top status at premier hotel chains where I've checked into the same property every week for a year and they never once recognized my face or acknowledged that I'd ever really been there before. The FedEx store which packages (unfortunately) sometimes get routed to is a disaster, with me waiting in a line of two for 20 minutes to be finally asked "Yeah?" Really? I'm so surprised to find the negative reviews. I have a 'house account' which is wonderful for me! I just drop it off and they send it the least expensive way, e-mail me when it leaves, when it arrives, charge it to my biz card and send everything thru the mail on a monthly basis. They have always been so very helpful and have saved me tons of money. They have supplies and will go copying of all kinds. Who's being rude to you? Just go to Tom or Bob and explain what problems you are having. I've been there when people have just yelled a lot because the HUGE TV they are sending is costing more than they thought and take the 'price' out on the staff. As far as phone calls, if they are waiting on a customer, they finish with them first because they are in the store...but they will call back any messages left with speed. I am tired of them messing up everything I bring them to print for me. Either they make design decisions for me without asking or they misprint, every single time. No matter what usb drive I bring in, they claim they can't open my file. It takes ages to get assistance and then they're not very friendly. Unfortunately, it's the only place to get something printed in the area, so now I have to travel just to make sure my simple print jobs get done right. If they're trying to compete with FedEx Kinkos, they better bump up their game or they'll lose a lot more customers like me. read more
