When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

I came in to scan, print, sign and fax some documents and then decided I needed to send the hard copies express as well. It was almost closing time. Allante and Karees did everything for me so cheerfully, and were such entertaining companions as we waited for the recalcitrant fax machine to do its thing. It took a few tries but finally went through. They made suggestions, and I took them. I had to re-do some documents to get them right, so they made me extra copies of the documents; and they ended up charging me only for the express letter. Meanwhile lots of other customers came in and out, picking up, dropping off, many if them well known to Allante.
